Subway — Restaurant in Vancouver

WORST LOCATION TO GET SUBWAY IN ALL OF VANCOUVER! I do not lie when I say I’ve never in the 15 years of being a regular for subway ever! EVER! Had subway so awful. Their pretzels are harder than stone, the bread is so hard and stale (I get my bread untoasted so no that wasn’t the issue) and if you’re thinking about ordering the corn and bean side salad; DONT. It’s nothing like the photo, just 3 bites of mostly chopped lettuce and missing all the good ingredients. The workers that made my Skip The dishes Order around 830pm August 21, should quit this job and never make food for paying customers again if they’re going to serve such vile, disgusting, repulsive food. I’ve ordered here before (the pretzel order) and also a sub with flat bread and instead of flat bread they put my sub toppings in a soggy, raw, dried out, cracked to smithereens, brown soggy paper bag of a tortilla. This has to stop. Shut this place down because they put subway to shame. It’s no wonder this location has the lowest rating. I’m almost offended they serve this garbage to humans. Note to the owner, get rid of your staff because they’re a foul disgrace to the company. You’re making sandwiches! It isn’t rocket science. It’s not brain surgery. I work in the restaurant industry as a cook and I wouldn’t dare sell paying customer the garbage that you’ve repeatedly sold me. SHAME ON YOU. Edit; also side note, stick to wearing hairnets. I just visited Subway, and the girl working there, whose name was Basi or something similar, was extremely rude and lacked basic manners when speaking to customers. I ordered a sandwich but was feeling unwell and didn’t realize I had mistakenly agreed to a footlong. When it was time to pay, I told her I actually wanted a 6-inch instead. Instead of handling the situation politely, she responded rudely, saying that I should have informed her earlier and continued lecturing me. I even acknowledged that it was my mistake and explained that I wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t in the right state of mind. Despite that, she remained unprofessional and disrespectful. The indian women that worked here at 3 am. yesterday, served me and my friend raw meat. She was rude and cussed at me in her own language thinking i wouldn't understand, just because I wanted her to toast my sandwich, she lied saying the machine wasn't working, So I left but my friend told me his sandwich was off, I later told him she didn't cook his sandwhich because she didn't toast mine either, so we later came back and complained to get my friend's money back because she scammed him and the meat in his sandwich was raw, and he ate it without knowing, but when we came back to complain a fine gentleman decided to buy us another sandwich, and this time while she was making it, she toasted our sandwich, ridiculous.
