I had the Pad Thai when the truck was at Sunset Beach. It’s a fast food-style pad thai with a very sweet (but also tangy and flavourful) sauce, but that’s what I expected and wanted, and I thought it was pretty good. It wasn’t too oily and had the right balance between noodles, protein, and sprouts. They had a pretty impressive condiment stand that included pickled chilies, chopped peanuts, chopped cashews, sriracha, and chili flakes. Although they’re not a traditional topping for pad thai, I added the pickled chilies to mine and that was delicious. The pad thai costs $15 (regardless of what protein you get), which is pretty typical. Even though I got it without any added protein besides the tofu and egg, I didn’t feel shorted on quantity. I was pretty hungry and this satiated me. One star off mainly because they had a really limited menu when I was there - just the chicken pad thai and one other chicken curry. It was towards the end of the day at a big event so it’s possible they...

What a stroke of luck I had to encounter their truck today! A colleague happened to see it across the street from my workplace, and the delicious food and reasonable prices caused other colleagues to rush over to buy food. Hearing the rumors, I also bought pad thai and satay chicken there, and was surprised at how delicious it was!! I was also impressed by the generous portions, which were unbelievable for the price. I love Thai food, and although I've only been in Vancouver for a short time, I haven't yet found any delicious Thai food, so today's experience has become a wonderful memory for me. The two stylish and lovely ladies who welcomed me warmly and the wonderful team of kind male chefs who quickly cooked delicious food made lunchtime feel like a festival. I'll be checking out their social media and following them to other spots they're appearing. Thank you so much for making my day so...

Always a nice surprise to see a new food truck roll into our front driveway at work. Love the colourful design and cool pop music playing outside take out window. I ordered a delicious spicy chicken dish (pad krakow?) with red peppers, spinach, small chilies, basil in a spicy garlic oyster sauce served with jasmine rice- this was spicy! Also got a small bowl of tom yum chicken soup that was so good it reminded me of being back in Thailand. The blend of sweet, spicy and sourness was perfect and it had so much chicken and mushrooms too. The two lovely and kind ladies who took my order were very pleasant. I’m already looking forward to...

Finally!!!! I found decent Pad Thai in Vancouver. I'm Thai and have been here for one year and haven't found any decent Thai food here before!! I have tried only her Pad Thai and spring roll. Her Pad Thai is the wet style one. It's the best, nearly like the best one in Thailand. Hers 's only lack of some charcoal aroma but that's it, beside that it is perfect. Her spring roll is also great too, very crispy and has really great taste. I'll definitely come back!! Anyway, I ate around the Olympic village, near the bird, but I can't find her location there.
