If you’re looking for truly authentic Mexican food in Vancouver, this place is an absolute must-visit! I had the lengua taco, and let me tell you—it was hands down the most authentic, delicious, and high-quality lengua I’ve ever had in this city. From the rich, tender meat to the perfectly crafted tortilla, every bite transported me straight back to Mexico.

The depth of flavor, the freshness of the ingredients, and the attention to quality were all impeccable. It’s rare to find a place that gets it this right. On top of that, I also tried their burger, and it was surprisingly incredible! Juicy, flavorful, and just as thoughtfully made as their tacos.

I visited the Carrall Street location, which says it opened at 6:00 PM but didn’t open until around 6:15 PM. Everyone was friendly, but the server informed me that they could only offer me three tacos because they had nothing else prepared. The server mentioned that most customers typically order burgers and hot dogs, and they were just going to start preparing the meat for the burgers at 6:20 PM. After asking on Instagram, they confirmed that they often open late and noted that if I wanted a burger or hot dog, those wouldn’t be available until 7:00 PM.
