Dallas Pizza Ltd. — Restaurant in Vancouver

I would just like to preface this review with the fact that I have never in my life received service so poor that I felt the need to leave a review until now. If it was possible to give negative stars, I would! Anyways, here's what happened.

My brother and I ordered food from Dallas Pizza via the site Just Eat last night and we expected the food to take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes to get to us because that's what the site said. An hour and a half goes by and nothing has arrived so my brother called the restaurant where one of the employees picked up the phone and began to rudely yell at my brother for calling to ask about where our food is. The employee on the phone accused us of not being home and claimed that his delivery driver attempted to deliver the food to us twice. However, I blatantly put on the order that the buzzer to my apartment does not work and that they need to call when they arrive. The man on the phone claimed that the driver did call and that I must have put the incorrect phone number but I double checked and the number on the order is definitely correct. My brother tells the man on the phone that that's obviously not the case and the employee said he will make the food and deliver it again. The food finally arrives two and a half hours after my brother and I placed the order. My brother went downstairs to get the food where the delivery driver started yelling at him! She claimed that she called and blamed my brother for "wasting her time" when she clearly never once called since my phone didn't ring once since we ordered the food.

This absolute disregard for customer service by this company has really left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm appalled that the delivery driver thought she had the right to yell at my brother when the mistake was very clearly on her and the restaurant. The food was lukewarm and mediocre at best. Avoid this place like the plague and just got to Bella Pizza on Hemlock where not only are the prices better, but the customer service is excellent/consistent and the food is...

I used to love this place. Solid pizza, amazing roast lamb, and the souvlakis were tasty, with huge portions and at a great price. I've eaten here well over a hundred times, and recommended it to lots of people. I used to live nearby, but I moved and hadn't had it for a couple years, so I decided to get some delivery. Right away I noticed a large souvlaki that used to cost $18 is now $28. Which is a insane price jump, but I think to myself whatever it's always been good.... Boy was I wrong, everything about this meal was different and not in a good way. Lets start with the greek salad, I've never in my life received one with not a single olive in it. Plus the feta that was in there, was a laughable amount, like just don't put any in there at that point. Also whatever that vinegar sauce you guys douse the salad with, and somehow all the food tasted like the same sauce was infused in there. This sauce is absolutely disgusting, maybe the worst I've ever had anywhere. The food was very oily, the meat was over cooked, dry, and to top it off the rice and meat portions were significantly smaller than before. I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I always saw it and a few times I would try to go inside to order even though the sign says open doors would be locked and I would try to call or knock on the door for someone to come unlock the door. No one would answer it if they did answer the phone they would say that they are really busy with customers inside to just come inside and when I said I can’t the door won’t open they would just say I’m wasting time and end the call.

Luckily this one time the door wasn’t locked so I got 2 slices of pizza and prime drink it was 9$ for the slices and 6$ for the prime drink.

Pizza was reheated but it felt like I could have gotten a better job heated if I used a microwave or even a lighter with how cold it still felt.

As for presentation I had large chunks of onion and when I asked what was it he said it was chicken when I only had one small tiny piece of chicken between the two slices. It was dry af felt like I was choking. Crust was burnt. I just can’t ever see myself eating from...
