The food is tasty and the portions are reasonable for the price. The burgers and the yam fries are my go-tos

Baked Yam Fries with Chipotle Aioli (4/5) These yam fries were the perfect balance of sweet and salty. I love how they're not deep fried but are still nice and crispy. However, I was not a fan of the chipotle aioli, which was very salty.

Smokey BBQ No Bull Burger (4.5/5) I normally don't go for burgers, but this one is one of the best ones I've had. The patty has good texture and flavour, and the appearance is quite meaty. I made it vegan by adding Chao cheese, and it was pretty good. I liked the addition of the bbq sauce, sauteed onions and mushrooms.

BBQ Chik'n Panini (3.5/5) The bread wasn't my favourite and the cheese wasn't melted at all. It definitely needs a longer grill time. The sauces were really good though and made it super flavourful. It is a very messy sandwich to eat so be careful if you do get this.

Cauliflower Tempura (2.5/5) There were a couple pieces where the batter was uncooked on the inside. It did need the sweet chili sauce though as it was quite plain on its own.

the most amazing food, always so good, but for the life of me i can not understand why it takes them 10-25 minutes to serve me sometimes, ive basically had to revert to ordering on the phone or delivery service because everytime i come in here i sit for an average of 15 mins waiting for my food, last time i remember specifically the guy who ordered after me got served first and it was very confusing

additionally the last time i came in i waited at the counter and the girl seen me but kept doing what she was doing, so i waited and after about 2-3 mins had gone by someone walked out of the kitchen upto this girl (walking passed her) to take my order

i highly recommend setting a goal for staff to fill orders within 5 minutes or less of the order being placed, as its a common business practice

also one last suggestion,you have an amazing vegatarian burger, and the ability to have everything else on there vegan, why use regular cheese, make vegan cheese standard, save more animals and make it...

Found this place online, looked good and had gluten free options, so thought why not give it a try... Was very disappointed and felt a bit sick to my stomach after eating a burger and fries. It seems like there are no sanitary requirements or the requirements are not implemented. Staff were the same ones behind the cashier, pretty sure the kid didn't wash his hands before preparing our food.. no hair nets, wearing baggy, loose clothes. Tables were unclean. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months... Customer service was also extremely lacking. There were only 3 napkins in the dispenser, no containers to hold your ketchup. Burger was mediocre, fries were horrible and given very little. I can make better baked fries at home. Left with an uneasy feeling in the stomach. Really wanted to love this place and the idea it stands for but sadly, will not be returning until they get a better grip on cleanliness and...
