as you can see, the food looked so good that i forgot to take a picture pre-bites lol.

i’m in town on a layover and decided to pop over and get some food. easy to get here from the airport, took the Canada Line to the 99 bus and then walked about five minutes. the place is actually called Tera V Burger so that threw me off a little bit but they’re the only vegan looking place on the strip so it should be easy to spot even if you don’t see the sign. i can’t be sure bc i ordered vegan items, but it appears that they also have some vegetarian options as well.

service was friendly. i ordered a crispy hot combo and a red velvet cake.

the food came out in around 10 minutes or so and was freshly cooked and hot. you can tell this wasn’t just microwaved. the sand which itself is very flavorful - i would purchase again. the red velvet cake was REALLY good. it’s the kind of good where you wonder if they slipped a little dairy heavy cream cream in there or something lol!

overall happy i came...

This is the 2nd time they accepted an online order before checking if they can make all the items. When they called to "swap" the missing item, there was nothing else I wanted. they told me to "change it on my end" which is NOT how these systems work. Uber delivered the order with the missing item, and uber would NOT refund the missing item. Now I'm in a long term email chain to resolve the issue. Effectively, this restaurant stole from me because their employees are not trained on how to use online order apps. IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK, CONTACT THE CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THE ORDER ON YOUR END, AND REJECT THE ORDER IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE IT.

-- Avoid this restaurant for online orders: they are almost ALWAYS out of stock of things, never update their online stores, and don't know how to...

To all my fellow vegans: be aware!

I think they don’t really know the difference between vegan and vegetarian, here is my story:

I asked the girl at the counter what was vegan on the menu and she said “everything here is vegan” so I said “everything is vegan? Even the poutine"? Ans she said “yes”.

So I ordered a poutine and after eating more than half of it, I saw the cheese was melting, weird. So I asked the girl at the counter if she was sure the poutine is vegan and she said “yes”. I asked “even the cheese?” and she said “well, the cheese is cheese but the poutine is vegan”. I said “vegan cheese or regular cheese” and she said “real cheese”. This is not vegan……

She felt sorry, but here I am sick at my apartment with some kind of acne right before my...

Food is great. Really wonderful vegan comfort food. Ordered twice. Unfortunately when I went into order they were quite pushy about ordering online first. They had QR codes to get to the website to order but the QR codes go to a different website. Do youReally really cumbersome. When I brought it up they let me order in person but they were a bit reluctant about that. Food’s good I just didn’t love the push to digital. Made ordering take way longer and felt rude.
