Stumble across this cafe after having breakfast close by, and I think I just found my perfect bubble waffle in town! The rose cafe located on Kingsway, making parking difficult but it's worth it.
We ordered a ginger tea and ginger milk tea, also classic bubble waffle. Both drinks are gingery, just what I need on a cold Sunday! Although I think I enjoy the milk tea just a little bit more.

It's an aesthetically pleasing, quiet cafe with music playing in the background. The food and drinks are a 10/10. My favorite is their cold matcha latte, no grassy taste and just the right amount of sweetness. Their bubble waffles and bingsu are made fresh and definitely worth the wait. The flowers from Flower Expressions are beautiful and smell amazing. The staff is always polite and friendly. I would definitely come back...
Read more4.5/5! Our family loves bingsu ever since we had it for the first time in Singapore. This doesn’t top the bingsu we’ve had there (or Korea) but is still really solid. You can tell how fresh the ingredients are (especially the mango!), and the texture and taste of the bingsu is pretty spot on, so it’s worth the bit of wait while your order is being made. Our favorite items were the Mango bingsu and Portuguese egg tart (unpictured). Overall, this place is a small but cute store that you shouldn’t overlook! The staff is also extremely friendly :) Go visit if...
