Super delicious vegan food! I usually crave meat with my meals, but the soy jerky and tofu alternatives here were so good I absolutely didn't miss having meat at all. They even had a vegan fish sauce alternative that tasted as good as the seafood version. We had the Green Papaya Salad, the Fresh Tofu Rolls, and the Lemongrass Tofu. P.S. They recently added three vegan banh mi options to their menu, and they're all great. If you haven't visited in a while, it's definitely worth...
