Super delicious vegan food! I usually crave meat with my meals, but the soy jerky and tofu alternatives here were so good I absolutely didn't miss having meat at all. They even had a vegan fish sauce alternative that tasted as good as the seafood version. We had the Green Papaya Salad, the Fresh Tofu Rolls, and the Lemongrass Tofu. The papaya salad was a very generously sized portion and came with shredded soy jerky instead of prawns, and their house soy sauce instead of fish sauce. The tofu salad rolls had big pieces of curried tofu and came with a spicy peanut sauce, and the lemongrass tofu was served with brown rice and a nice big slab of marinated tofu. it also came with some fried beancurd shreds and slices of something that was sort of like a nutty meatloaf. Very tasty, especially with the vegan fish sauce that came with the dish. Would definitely recommend for non-vegetarians looking to try vegetarian dishes or eating with vegetarian friends!

Veggiebowl is one of my favourite restaurants in the city. The staff are kind, the environment is relaxed, and the food is consistently delicious. They are also affordably priced if you're on a budget. I think it's definitely a hidden gem. Even though Vancouver has several amazing vegan / vegetarian Vietnamese restaurants, Veggiebowl still has several unique items on their menu that I haven't seen elsewhere, every one of the items is worth trying at least once. P.S. They recently added three vegan banh mi options to their menu, and they're all great. If you haven't visited in a while, it's definitely worth coming by again.

Cảm ơn !! Wow, this was a phenomenal knockout and genuinely one of the best takeouts or meals I had in a while. An UberEate haul of Lemongrass Tofu (Cơm Tofu Chay) and Fresh Tofu Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) was flawless! Super yummy, vegan heaven spiced and seasoned perfectly with an incredible amount of love and TLC into the finite details at a well balanced and all rounded plentiful portion scale. I digged it, totally dope and will one hundred percent return! This sweet grub actually made my day and was a pleasure, kudos to their awesome staff! Support local businesses!

Came in with the family of 8 for dinner after seeing all the good reviews. Food is average, ordered pho, bun hue, noodle with 3 kinds...(mainly just noodle and vegetable) quantity but no quality. Too much msg in soup. When we asked for an extra bowl so my kids can share the soup, the lady who served us (looks like the owner), very rude, forgot to bring her smile to work, said she only has enough bowls for customers, can't give us an extra bowl. So we asked for a dish instead . Hmmm, the restaurant had 12 people at the time so I don't know many bowls they have . Well seems like they don't know how to treat customers so we won't be...
