Worst treatment for food safes and customer service.I used to be a regular customer, I reviewed 1 star first and then changed it 5 star thinking it’s a small business they are all hardworking etc.

But the owner back answers and argues tries to make his point always last time when I asked him to speed up the packing as they were just talking to each other and helping their favorism.

The staff who cut meat, don’t wash their hands after peeing just behind the store.

Still bought meat there thinking it’s okay, never mind it. It’s going to be cooked anyhow

Asked for attention and I embarrassed myself again.

How does the city agrees to operate a store, without proper hygiene standards. No hand washes or paper towels, these kind people throw in bad impressions for Canada.

I'm surprised here in canada also we didn't change our character . Just 40 min before i buy about $150 over $ meat & fish. I have asking give me meat from ribs. But when i reach home & open the pack really wondering they give me meat from leg. Its like cheating.

Dear shop owner, you said that your Shopkeeper give me the right meats. Its wrong. Because i have called to your shop after i comeback home & realize that 50% meat from leg. Its not the ribs. Then your shopkeeper also admit that and said there are shortage of the ribs thats why he add the meat from leg. Shortage it can be happen. Its normal. But without my permission he should not add the things that I'm not requesting. This is not fear. And you said that why i didn't comeback & change the meat right? Mr i have pay about $60 over $ for taxi from surrey area to your shop. & I'm expecting good things because this is a bangladeshi shop & I'm bangladeshi too. They carry a variety of halal meats and frozen products which is nice to see. However, the issue that was always consistent was the extremely long wait times, even if we called ahead to place our order or if there was only one customer ahead of us. There is usually one person who works there who I notice is exceptional at his job - super friendly and efficient. But the rest unfortunately contribute to the excessive wait time for various reasons (the make mistakes with the order, they take their time, they do not communicate with their coworkers effectively). The main thing I usually notice is if we order the ground beef (lean keema), there is none ready to go so it usually takes them awhile to grind the beef while fulfilling other orders. There's been a few times as well where they've given us someone else's order or they charge us incorrectly. Unfortunately, after months of being loyal customers here, we have decided that with the consistency of all of these issues, we have to take our business elsewhere.
