This afternoon, I went to this Tim Hortons location twice. Both times, there was no one at the counter. The first time, there was a long line, and the second time, I was the only customer, but the staff was not at the counter. They definitely need more staff.
However, the female staff I encountered needs to be retrained, as she has no knowledge of food safety. (She suppose hold the food safe certificate since she is the only work in that shift tho) After doing something in the back, she came over to take my order without washing her hands. She went back again to handle some items, including a ladder that people typically step on with their shoes, which is very dirty. Then, she made my drink without washing her hands and touched the lid with her dirty hands, contaminating the area where I would drink from. The sink was actually conveniently located right next to her. After I asked her to wash her hands and give me a new lid because I was going to drink it right away, she finally washed her hands. But she deliberately placed the new lid on the dirty counter and pressed it down instead of handing it to me. Her attitude was terrible, and she completely lacked even the most basic...
Read moreThe food is perfectly fine but the service is terrible. I stood in line today for over 10 minutes and ended up leaving without ordering because I realized I was wasting my time. The two women behind the counter (I believe one of their names was Harpreet) never even looked at me or acknowledged me even though I was at the front of the line. I kept waiting for them to notice me but they never did. I had to leave otherwise I was probably going to be waiting another 10 minutes for them to make my drink and by that time I would be late for work.
Why does it take them SO long to make orders when other Tim's locations can serve customers quickly without any issue? I've only had this problem at this particular Tim Hortons. The amount of staff needs to be increased to better help customers as clearly two people is not enough. Unless you don't mind waiting 10+ minutes for your order, do not come to...
Read moreThe worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The customer service given is ridiculous rather I would say there is no service given to the customers! Lol! I had been waiting so long in the queue and the employee was just busy preparing the order and no-one showed up to deal with the customers where I noticed the line up was so big and seriously like this is u guys get paid for! What I got was nothing but missed my train and couldn’t even buy something as I had already been late to work just because of them as no one came to take the order. Not sure if it’s the employer who doesn’t hire more staff or its the staff eho doesn’t want to work effectively. Poor service and even if you guys order something they don’t know how to make it. It’s just the location that is good for this tim for the people who are getting off or to the station otherwise this...
