After the closing of Big Chicken Town in Coquitlam, this place can now be crowned as the best Korean fried chicken in Metro Vancouver. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers on both flavour and quality, but this one does just that. The teriyaki mayo flavour is unique and incredibly tasty. It’s sweet, creamy, and adds the perfect balance to the crispy chicken. Every bite is juicy and packed with flavour, without being overly greasy or heavy.

Even during busy times with lots of takeout orders, their service remains quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and organized, and the food always comes out hot and fresh. You can tell that this place takes pride in what they serve. Whether you’re eating in or taking out, the experience feels smooth and well-run.

If you’re someone who enjoys Korean fried chicken or just wants to try something a little different, this place is a must-visit. With Big Chicken Town gone, this has become my go-to spot. It offers a great combination of taste, value, and service that’s hard to beat in the Metro...

I ordered take food online and after picking up and going home to eat with my family, they did not include the fried rice that was ordered through their website. I called to explain the situation and they blamed the ordering system. They offered to refund the money or pick up (not have it delivered at their expense) the order later on. I choose the refund as my family was already hungry and did not want to wait or drive out again to pick it up (they should have delivered it). A couple days have passed and the refund was give, but only for the food price, not the taxes which they charged. I called them to ask why the tax was not refunded. All they could say was sorry, and what was my email address and will e-transfer the taxes. No compensation was offered. No customer service was given. I have dined several times with them. Unfortunately this is the last time I will dine with them. "Sorry, Sorry" is what I was told and now I say to them "Sorry, Sorry, I will not dine here or recommend them. Several better Korean Chicken places in the...

A very very disappointing experience today, very bad service and the staff didn't have any explanation, didn't seem to care, very rude. I called to order for pick up, at the end of conversation he said pick up in 20 minutes but didn't ask my name or phone number and hung up. I came to pick up my order and there was a male staff just said he didn't have any order for me, he insisted on what's the name or number on the order and saying there's nothing for me to pick up, so I showed him the the time that I called to order on my phone log but instead of apologizing which he admitted it is his mistake to have forgotten to punch in my order to his system he ignorantly just pushing me to order right there again and wait half hour for that order to be ready. I said to him it's really bad customer service he's showing me but it didn't deter him to just pushing me to order. Who wants to order after such a treatment. Very very...

The food was not bad, just also not great. The honey butter fried chicken (I think) had a really interesting sweet taste with garlicky? Aftertaste which I actually enjoyed! My fried chicken don was REALLY greasy and heavy, not noteworthy of any flavour... The place has korean ads on the wall, and it really feels like dining in Korea! Unfortunately when we dined, there was a really really rowdy table right next to us that was toasting, cheering and banging the table every minute... to the point I couldnt hear my conversation partner even though we ahouted at each other... Im not factoring this into my review! Just know that... late nights thia MAY be the case. We also asked for separate bills and they just split it 50/50 down the middle though we ordered different things... honest mistake though I guess... also not factoring that in, service was otherwise good!

Went there for lunch on Sunday for the first time. We ordered their boneless half and half fried chicken (half regular, half traditional Korean style), spicy rice cake, and seafood pancake. All dishes were delicious! The chicken came out hot and juicy and crispy. The Korean flavour was a little sweet, and had a little spicy kick. The chicken came with a side of cabbage salad which was refreshing against the deep fried-ness. Their seafood pancake was one of the best I've tried (!) , not too heavy, crispy, and loaded with seafood flavour (remember to dip it in its sauce for an extra umami, salty bite). There were 3 of us, and we walked away satiated. The total bill came out to be $57 after tip and tax. They take Android Pay. I would definitely come back, maybe for dinner next time, when it is more appropriate to pair the food with a nice soju.
