Triple O's — Restaurant in Vancouver

I recently had the displeasure of dining at triple O’s grandview location and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff here are an absolute disgrace to the hospitality and service industry.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the employees couldn't care less about their customers. I was greeted with a look of utter disinterest, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Laziest employees ever. Do not visit this location. Karen (I’m not kidding, that’s her name), at the front counter wouldn’t know what Customer Service is if it slapped her in the face. Overall, the experience was ruined by the sheer laziness and rudeness of the staff. It's clear that they have no respect for their customers and no passion for their work. Felt like Triple O's late tonight. Ended up driving a total of 12 minutes for the restaurant. I know they close at 11, and I confirmed the time online before I left. Anyways, I arrive at 10:54 and walk in. The lady behind the counter tells me they're closed. I tell her I drove all the way here and that it should still be open for another 5 minutes because it's not 11pm yet. She tells me her clock says 11. Anyways, since everyone's phone's all display the same clock, she could have clearly looked at that and saw it wasn't 11pm. I was pissed and have been a long time customer to this location coming almost every other week. Not only am I upset that I wasted gas driving for 12 minutes, but I then got disappointed telling me they were closed, then also being lied to. I left and am still very frustrated. I've come to this location a number of times before and the service and food quality has been good. But my most recent visit was a horrendous experience. The order taker talked in a tone like she was mad at me or disgusted at me. But I can overlook that because I know everyone can have a bad day.

But what really upset me was the fact she did not put in a hashbrown even though I added a combo. But wait, there's something even worse.

The ciabatta bread I got had moss on it. Yes, that's right, the food was inedible unless I wanted to get food poisoning.

I was so digusted by it I threw the whole order away immediately. A waste of $25 and my time.
