From the very beginning, the service from Truffle Fine Foods was amazing. The team stayed in constant contact, answered all our questions quickly, and made every change or request feel totally manageable. They truly made the process easy and stress-free.

Meeting Jagdesh in person was one of the best parts of working with Truffle. Jag is an absolute gem!!! She’s warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She walked us through everything with so much patience and care, offering thoughtful suggestions based on her experience that really helped us make the best choices for our day. As the wedding approached, she was always on top of the details, checking in regularly and making sure we were aligned every step of the way. We always felt like we were in the best hands with her.

On the day itself, the entire Truffle team exceeded every expectation. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (our guests haven’t stopped raving about it!!!), but the service was top-notch. We felt so looked after. The team made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout, and even saved us portions of everything we selected so we wouldn’t miss out while we were busy hosting.

UPDATE: I initially left a 3-star review based on my experience with Truffles. However, I want to acknowledge their exceptional customer service and their commitment to resolving any issues. After sharing my concerns, they promptly reached out and resolved my issue. Their willingness to listen and address my concerns has left a positive impression on me. I appreciate their efforts and responsiveness, and it’s clear that they value their customers. Based on their excellent customer service, I am updating my review to reflect their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

I’m sorry, I can only give low stars. The service from Erica was great & she’s very helpful & cooperative. But the additional fees are ridiculously expensive! I ended up paying more than double of the foods cost! That’s very unacceptable imo. Also, since this event is for kids bday party, the sandwiches were mostly spicy for the kids. Most of the kids said that they couldn’t finish it because it’s too spicy (2 kids saying it feels like wasabi in their sandwich). So I assumed it’s horseradish paste? Anyway, most of the kids need to bring home the rest of their sandwiches. Other than that, the portion of the sandwich was great, kids couldn’t get enough of the chocolate chip cookies, the veggies platter were all fresh & the ranch dipping sauce tasted really great as well. We had a specific meal in mind for our wedding food. We wanted to keep a relaxed vibe for the day and we really wanted to eat the food we love. We wanted a burrito bowl buffet (but fancy!) We messaged a number of vendors across Vancouver and Truffles was the only one to come back to us with a custom menu for the day that completely matched our brief. Not only did they absolute nail the menu but they seemed genuinely excited to be working with us on it. All other vendors' responses felt like they were trying to fit us into their current menu (which I completely understand btw) but Truffles made us feel like they really cared about being the right fit for us! We went to do a tasting and we were blown away by the food - it was perfect and the team at Truffles made it such a lovely experience. We requested a few changes which they were able to make and then it was just a waiting game for the big day. In the run up to the wedding the Truffles team worked in sync with our coordinator to arrange all the rentals and even managed to save us last minute when one of our rental services bailed on us the day before the wedding. On the day itself the staff were amazing - they looked after us so well and the food... it was even better than we remembered from the tasting!
