Extremely poor customer service at this loaction. I ordered a couple of items at the menu board and woman who took my order repeated my order to confirm but missed one itme out (frosty). I went home and looked at my order and then called. First call the woman told me to relax, are you kidding me??? you make a mistake and telling me to relax?? seriously?? Do they understand what customer service is??? and then she hanged up the call. I called back and asked for manager, a couple of woman came o nthe phone saying they were the managers. When I asked for the name then another came saying her name was Navneet. I mentioned about custoner service , no response from her , all she said you didnt order, So it was like I was lying, Why would I call back for something a few dollars and waste my time ??? I reminded her that the woman who took my order repeated my order, again she didnt believe me , so a customer is lying. I aksed for General manager Navneet told me she is on vacation and will not be in until next week. I left my name and contact number for a call back. This Wendy's at 10 SE Marine drive has one of the worst cusotmer service I have ever seen in a fast food drive through restaurant, This is not the first time this missing of orders has happened. I left it before from complaining but enough is enough. Read moreOrdered pickup through DoorDash and showed my information to the girl manning the pickup order section, asking if the bag behind her was mine (it had my drink order written on it and it was five minutes passed the ready time, so I was assuming). All she said was "Maybe" then continued packing other orders. It was so absurd another customer waiting for his food even laughed with me after her response. My friend and I waited another five minutes since I wasn't sure if I misheard it, then my friend asked another staff member for the order (I was a bit nervous at that point) and sure enough, the bag behind them was my order. On top of that they forgot the drink with it despite it being written in sharpie on the bag, and they searched around on their screens for my order to double check I had a drink like they didn't believe me (despite showing them my order on my phone). Not going to fault the second lady that helped me and my friend--she seemed new. The girl who was manning the pickup station though really irked me, because what kind of reply is maybe, and to not even check? I understand it's busy but I don't see how another customer is more important than the one in front of her, whose order is completely ready. And I even kept in mind that they're busy, and reassured them that if the order is delayed I'm okay with waiting--it's not like I was rude and they were trying to punish me and make me wait. Read moreI have never experienced being rejected three times by fast food restaurant staff for eating fast food once. After parking, one side door of this store was broken. It could not be opened. When I went to park, many customers who wanted to park near the store door had to go around to the other side. I bought a free forsty keychain a long time ago, and my cousin also had one. We showed it to the clerk, and the clerk said that we could not give us forsty. thay said that we had to buy a set meal. I was in Wendys in Richmond, and the clerk in Richmond would directly give me a cup of forsty because they knew I was a loyal customer of Wendys. OK, I agree, then I will buy a set meal and then the clerk here give me forsty. After eating the first set meal, we bought another set meal, and we continued to ask the clerk for forsty. They actually told me that it can only be exchanged once a day. Then they rejected my request. I did not find the clause that it can only be exchanged once a day on the forsty keychain.
