Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

Was so excited to try this place out... We placed our order, some of the meats looked really dry and old, especially the fish but we steered clear from it. We ordered 2 beef tacos, 2 porc tacos, a beyond meat burrito and one soft drink. We go to check out, my friend and I are arguing about both wanting to pay, I let him win. The guy behind the counter charged us for 12 tacos 1 burrito 1 soft drink. My friend had just finished paying when I realized how pricey it was. We asked for a justification... the guy said he messed up and would have to give us two extra tacos to compensate. Which still comes down to 6 tacos vs 12 , we declined, there’s just so much we could possibly eat. He then said he would have to give us store credit, which wasn’t an option as my friend lives 10 hours away. He called his boss.After 10 minutes of him Just going uhun, uhun on the phone with question marks in his eyes. We got annoyed, my friend is a business owner and knows the laws pertaining to « politique d’exactitude des prix » he asked to speak to the boss. Meanwhile the kitchen staff was gathered behind the register to watch. He lost patience (my friend that is) and asked for a full refund (at that point he was pissed). We didn’t want soggy food. We got a refund and left without or food....

Very dissapointed! I use to love going to this location. Yesterday around 6:30 7:00 went to get my usual bowl. This young indian girl with tattoo was serving me. First off she was really bussy talking about personal things with her co workers which slowed down my process of ordering my food. What i got more irritated by was she didnt even drain the beans was full of water. When i asked her you forgot to drain the beans she tells me ahh its fine look look and pointed the bowl to my face. Ive been to this location for years. When it came to add my chicken she added maybe half of spoon. Usually they atleast give me full spoon and a bit. When i asked her thats all for the chicken she proceeds to tell me thats how its been. Not even offer me more. I dont know my overall experience was very dissapointing. Will not be...

Today, I tried to order two “Family Taco Kits.” When I arrived at the restaurant, there was only one person ahead of me and no one else in the place. However, I was told that my order was too large and should have been placed in advance. They estimated it would take about an hour to prepare, which I found understandable.

I asked if they offered delivery or if I needed to return later to pick it up. They informed me that delivery was not available and that phone orders were required. So, I asked if I could place the order now and return in an hour. After thinking about it for a moment, the staff member simply said, “Not today, I don’t think we can anymore.”

I want to clarify that the Family Taco Kit seems like a simple order—just organizing...
