Amir — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

Extremely rude! Very unpleasant experience. Use to be my favourite restaurant the quality has declined a lot and I had the most unpleasant experience with the man behind the counter. Came to this location with my husband who only speaks English and it is his first time being in Quebec. The man refused to speak English to him (I speak french so I ordered for us) however he kept sighing and looking very annoyed rolled his eyes. Younger Lebanese fellow. The lady at the cash was nice however he was not! I wanted to leave he did not make the visit friendly or welcoming at all. Didn’t even say hi, just stared and asked what we wanted. When my husband looked at me and spoke English the guy sighed and rolled his eyes.

Also Everything got smaller! Portions are a lot smaller than they use to be. All salads looked wilted and not fresh. I see other reviews that have responses stating that the size of the plates are the same as before, which is inaccurate! We took our food to go as we are traveling, and the portion was much smaller than before!

I have recommended over the years everyone go here. Not anymore! Avoid this location go to any other Amir, the one in Dorion they are friendly! But avoid Vaudreuil. Absolutely terrible experience. It was also over $45 for 2 pepsi a shish taouk plate and a shish taouk pita that was 50% smaller then...

Update: I ate part of the wrap and a few potatoes. Nearly all went in the garbage. Second, teach them to wash their hands before making a customers order, it's not hard and even common sense. Came in to order a shish toauk wrap trio. Employee comes from nowhere to make my wrap without washing his hands. If I can give zero stars I would. I'm not sure if Uber eats messed up my order or if the restaurant did. Called the restaurant and had to fight to get our correct order delivered. They finally delivered it and then gave me an earful about it not being there problem and next time to call uber about it. I will also add it was the owner himself who delivered it and gave me the earful. Will not order from them again. As far as I'm concerned if you partner with Uber eats to make money then it's your Jan to fix your partner's mistakes
