241 Pizza — Restaurant in Vaughan

first I've been a customer for years and know the owner. the employee there was very rude. he was just sitting on his ass listening to his music and probably didn't like the fact they had a customer. I always get the walk in special and since I can't eat pepperoni I ask for ground beef or mushrooms instead. it's never been an issue. but he wants to charge me $3 more. there was another worker that knows me and has always done the walk in special as well no problems but he didn't say anything or resolve anything. anyways I'll no longer be going to this location. for the price they want to charge you can go to a better chain just 30 seconds away pizza Nova ( i go to the one on major Mack and Weston though which is 4-5 minutes away) and they have no issue giving you any other topping besides pepperoni as long as it's comparable. I go here because it's on the way home and cheaper but I'll go to pizza Nova from now on. theyre not stingy on toppings, use better cheese and sauce, are actually busy and have friendly staff. oh they also give you a receipt, where can I report this place for not giving receipts on cash transactions? anyway to summarize, it's...

I ordered ordered a pizza today Sunday July 29. I specifically stated debit the guy shows up in 12 min with my pizza that was raw and not cooked and didn’t even bring his debit machine. I spoke to one of your so talented customer service people who was useless and said that he can come back with a new pizza in 30 min and debit card after I explained to her I am leaving with the pizza to a party. She didn’t seem to care and was annoyed and not listening. The end result no supervisor called because apparently she was on break and her manager was is not back in till Tuesday. Great customer service providing raw food and messes up the debit issue and I couldn’t even get a free pizza out of it. Shame on u. A good customer like me ordering pizzas twice a week and u mess it up and got a bs answer. Used to be a good place but the guy always had a bad attitude and now I’m never coming back because for no reason,

After placing our order and waiting , we called to ask where the driver is as it was takin way longer than usual. We are patient but it took so long that we had to call.

We talk to owner with a bad attitude and he tells us that he will find out about our order and call us back.

We waited and he never once called us back, so we called again and surely enough, his response to us is “ yes your pizza was already delivered at the address you provided”

Well, I have cameras on my property and can assure you not a single delivery person every showed up.

Was zero help and couldn’t care less.

Supported this place even with the bad attitude at times and...
