I was driving by and noticed that this location was still open (10:30pm) so I decided to stop by for a late bite. I had a coupon (see pic below) so I decided to get two 6-inch subs, Steak & Cheese and Turkey Breast. The staff was unfriendly and rude, right off the bat. He looked like he really didn't want to be working there. When I asked for light mayo, he picked up the REGULAR mayo bottle, so when I repeated myself he rudely told me that it IS light mayo. Hmmm... Then when it was time to pay, he charged for both subs and a drink, then deducted $2.00. When I explained to him that the coupon is for "buy one 6-inch sub & a drink, and get one 6-inch sub equal or lesser price free", he kept on telling me that I'm getting a better deal by getting $2.00 off and he even tried to lecture me on how he calculated the "equal or lesser price" part and applied it to the total amount. She said "yeah yeah I'll do it after" Then rolled her eyes and walked to the back to get the bowl. Then asked what I want again but never took the covers off the toppings. Since I'm a regular at other subways, I already knew what I wanted. When I asked her to heat up my meat, she argued with me that no one sensible would ask for that as the oil from the near would go all over the place. I've NEVER had someone tell me that before, it's never been a problem. Then when she chopped the salad, she pretty mUch PURÉED everything. Read moreOrdered online at 8:30pm went into the store. The sandwich artists looked almost shocked someone walked in. I told them that online order was mine. And they told me they were in the process of canceling the order. Why?? Because apparently for the past 3 hours they had been too busy to make new bread, call anyone to avoid online orders. So they tell me the money will be returned within 1 hour. How is this acceptable?
Yes I may have been absolutely irate at the clerks but let's be honest here. How do you not call anyone for help during the 3 hours of dinner rush??
