I usually come here, and I have to say the service is horrible. One time I came in the morning and waited patiently while the women finished their conversation in the kitchen. The cashier from Petro had to literally walk over and give them a signal that someone is waiting. Thank god for him. Likewise, I also come here often at midnight and usually the service is somewhat decent. However, this time around, the woman working front cash just had an attitude. Though it was not communicated, her demeanor said it all; it as if she did not want to be working. First, I was trying to order, and I couldn't hear what she was saying due to other conversations going on in the background, so she got annoyed because I had to ask her to repeat it a few times. Afterwards, she asked me what drink I would like and I said Gold Peak (Iced Tea). Right as I got my drink and took a sip, it turns out to be Sprite. Once again I asked her for Iced Tea (Gold Peak), and then she pours me Coke. I couldn't believe it, as I just said Gold Peak, and I told her I didn't ask for Coke. She then gives me attitude, as if I'm bothering her because she couldn't get the soft drink right. I told her right after that she doesn't have to give me attitude, and then she expressed, "I'm not", as if her body language didn't say it all. I'm sorry, but we all have to work, and do things that we are not fond of, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude and unwelcoming. Finally get a break to go pick up food at 2:30am to bring back to the other hungry family member and go to this location where I paid for an order of several items that cost $33. By the time I got back to the hospital room with the food, I noticed that the food order was not only wrong but the cheaper versions of what I ordered as well as missing items. This is disgusting behavior for a franchise. Either it’s the franchise or it is the workers punching in the right order and charging the full order price then just ripping off the consumer maybe to make the missing items for themselves to take home to family while inflation is up. Horrible addition to a rough night with a sick family member! You should be ashamed of yourselves! On a final note, I decided to check the take out bags to see if they included the itemized receipt with the details of what was ordered but it wasn’t in there. All I got was the credit card receipt conveniently not itemized. I ordered a BLT chicken not the spicy chicken! I ordered the double buddy burger with real cheddar cheese not two chicken bbq wraps from the value menu. I ordered an uncle burger which was supposed to be a 5oz patty not the thin patty mama or whatever burger that was given to me. I said to myself I'll give this location a chance well bad mistake they did the same mistake the other location did I tell them no mustard no pickles and what do they do they put mustard and pickles I get sick from mustard but I guess nobody listens wanted to take orders that's key to making a customer happy and when you got me mad I had to throw it away because I cannot eat mustard waste of money I'm going to get cold so I threw them away too so I ate nothing because of everything went wrong is not the first time A&W did this to me last time the other location on Weston Road and 7 to come back we will replace but they did not when I went in they said sorry we do not replace anything so that got me off I'm going there again it's very sad that stuff does not listen to taking orders customers do not come back they can't afford to waste money like this I hope they hire people or train people properly to take orders and respect the customers wishes they lock me as a customer I know they're not going to replace my order because...
