My second time ordering from here. The first time I ordered their beef kebab dinner and was very disappointed to see my kebab chopped into small pieces. The meat was dry and tasted like it was reheated or thrown on the stove- not fresh at all. They douse your food in terrible garlic sauce and their ‘tzatziki’ doesn’t taste authentic at all. It’s so acidic and has an awful smell. I also had their chicken skewer which wasn’t too tasty and also had a sour taste it but that just tasted like the marinade and so perhaps it’s just not for me. I enjoyed their potatoes but I just learned they’re microwaved- gross.
This time I ordered their chicken shawarma with hummus and laughed when I opened the container. Their hummus is so watery and the chicken is crum-like. I don’t know who thought it would be a good idea since the chicken turned into dry chicken crumbs but safe to say I will never try that again.
I also paid extra for potatoes in my meal and didn’t receive them.Their beef shawarma is so dry and chewy. You will literally be chewing and chewing and chewing until you just spit it out.
I don’t know what happened to this restaurant or if it’s just this specific location but I won’t be coming...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pita Land, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the aroma of freshly baked pitas filled the air as soon as I walked in.
The menu offered a wide variety of options, from traditional Mediterranean dishes to modern twists on classic favorites. Everything I tried was bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
However, what truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by Jasleen. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Her attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my meal.
Overall, I cannot recommend Pita Land enough. Whether you're craving a hearty gyro, a flavorful falafel wrap, or just want to indulge in some delicious baklava, this is the place to go. And a special thanks to Jasleen for making my visit truly...
Read moreI'm not one to put a negative review however I found it very unacceptable for my experience today. My wife and I went in for some Pitas as my wife saw a sign just outside the store for a buy one get one half price wraps. We regularly eat there and we usually never anticipate any negativity. As much as I don't agree that adding cheese or condiments should be an extra charge, I go with it as this is the 'norm' now in most restaurants. We ate our meal and my wife asked me to check my receipt which she felt was a bit higher than it should have.
I asked the lady whether the wraps were buy one get one half ? And she responded by 'only if the customer asks for it'... Excuse me? What type of practice is this? Why should a customer have to ask for the second wrap at half price ? I didn't argue (because 6 bucks isn't really worth arguing about) however it left a very sour taste. Customer Service is the foundation of any business and employees should be more proactive when it comes to any promotions which...
