LCBO — Local services in Vaughan

Today, I received an invitation to attend my friend's birthday party in Woodbridge. I plan to buy two bottles of red wine to bring to my friends. When I walked into the store and talked to other employees, everything seemed normal.

However, when I went to check out, I met a cashier (Anna). It was a nightmare. There was nothing kind in her words or actions. That kind of impolite and unfriendly expression and tone makes people extremely uncomfortable. By the way, this company by Ontario government, and their employees shouldn’t care what we a comme customers think.

But,I still want to write it. Let everyone know about this problem store. Hopefully they'll get a chance...

Store was clean and appeared well manager at first appearance, then t check put staff were rude. This was at 1:10 PM on Wednesday 12 Jan 2022

At check put a staff member was speaking to a customer so I stood in line, at that point second blonde cahier yelled at me other cashier was open.

Nodded lane was occupied by people.

" She is open!!" I nodded to person and was acknowledging lane was occupied to social distance only to be yelled at again.

Well no social distance at this store, went around staff member, checked out and did leave.

Well so much for social distance and Corvid rules...

This location was clean and organized but one of the staff was unprofessional a lady Anna. I asked her about a certain wine, and she told me that it is not available and that I don’t know my wines from my champagnes. I then proceeded to show her on the app that there are bottles available in the store and she still refused to acknowledge that they have it in stock. She even stated they must be returns we do not sell this bottle it is only available during holiday season. Which I do not understand because I had purchased this item a day before at a different location . Just wish people...
