Each time I come here the service seems a bit worse than the previous time. I enjoy the food, and it is conveniently located for me, but my most recent experience has me questioning its worth.
I ordered 2 supreme sandwich combos. I was asked if I wanted spicy (apparently this just means spicy mayo), so I said yes I’ll take one spicy and one regular. It took 15 minutes for my order to be ready and there was nobody in front of me. Once the order came and was being packed, I asked “does it say on the box which is spicy” the girl moved things in the bag to see the top and said “yes it says”. Before I left I checked that I had everything and noticed nothing was written on the sandwich boxes.. I went back to the counter and asked which is spicy. She said she isn’t sure and called someone else (note: she lied to my face and seemingly just hoped I’d trust her and leave). The second person barely peers into one of the boxes and says, “yes this one is the mexicana and this is the supreme”. I said I ordered 2 supremes, just one spicy and one not. He says “oh sorry, this one is spicy and this one isn’t”. Now I’m intrigued because he was confident they were 2 different sandwiches 10 seconds ago.. so I ask how he is able to tell (since he didn’t open both boxes and the one he did open he barely opened at all). He said he can tell because one has spicy mayo. He finally opened the box and realized they were the same.. a third gentleman came and said he made them the same. They took a box away from me and didn’t say anything until I asked what was happening.. to which they finally admitted making a mistake. I opted to take the one that had made since I didn’t have another 15 mins to wait only for everything else to get cold. Further, after being blatantly lied to twice, my trust has diminished. Not once did anyone apologize, show empathy, or offer anything to make it right. They honestly made it seem like I was bothering them by asking questions, and having worked in the customers service industry, I knew to be polite and calm and non-blaming in asking them. I also understand that mistakes happen, but once they had lied, it was no longer a mistake.
Outdoor and indoor seating space, food tasted good, prices have increased and feel slightly high, portions are small for sides.
It used to be quick, but has gotten much slower. A gentleman who ordered after me (9 mins ago) was just told it’ll be another 4 mins for his one order. I’m still waiting for 2 sandwiches.
Dining area is very empty for some reason, and certainly not as clean as you’d expect for how empty it typically is.

Read moreIf I can give them negative stars I will. First off, be wary of the 5 star reviews as there was a period of time that you’d get free biscuits if you give them a 5 star review.
Secondly, I want to point out that the quality of the food USED to be amazing. Now you’re lucky if you don’t get food poisoning or an infection like in my case. A few months ago I went and got the Mexicana sandwich, the chicken was raw and rotten on the inside. I called the store and I let them know, they said they’d call me back and no one ever reached out. Went back again a while later and it just tasted terrible (I’m being nice). Nothing fresh, nothing worth it. Now fast forward to a few weeks ago. My brothers ordered mexicana sandwiches from there and hold and behold, one of them got a severe infection in his stomach that we are still dealing with weeks later. It is called Clostridioides difficile. Do not eat here. This place needs to be shut down. Learn from my family’s lesson, and don’t put yours through this unnecessary pain. Yes this is the Woodbridge location, I will not accept management coming and saying it must be a different location.

I ordered a chicken burger, NO CHEESE, with lettuce, tomato, pickle and fresh jalepeno. This is what i got.
They replied below to say i got what i ordered but you can see there is cheese, is no tomato… and i tot them i was never there before… i asked if they had jalapeños… how would i know i would get a jalepenos bomber?? I just said clearly no cheese… i can’t eat it… and they asked if i wanted chips… i was like no none of that… just tomato, lettuce, pickles, and fresh jalepenos… maybe start listening to your customers rather than arguing or insisting you were right. The main issue also was you insisting it would be 5 minutes then 15 min later saying it would still be 5 min and making me late with food i couldn’t eat. When i came back for the replacement burger wasting my own gas you didn’t didn’t have any chicken burgers ready to go and i would have to wait 15 min+ again which i didn’t have time for so I’ll need to go back again… just apologize for the crappy service and communication.
