The productivity at this location has been severely impacted. Supervisory staff appeared to deliberately slow down the service line and declined service to over 25 customers. The current operational model is suboptimal. Inside the store, there were few customers, yet a long queue formed outside, with staff allowing only one customer at a time to enter. This system requires urgent improvement to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
For all the 5 star reviews — these are prior to closing time. I recommend that regular customers consider visiting near closing time and attempt to place an order, only to be turned away after waiting in line. Such experiences can significantly diminish overall satisfaction and ratings. Your review will go from a 5 star to 1 star. Over 100 reviews echo this.
Suggestions for improvement include:
Increasing staffing levels. Additional personnel can help manage customer flow more effectively, reducing the likelihood of customer rejection after long wait times. It is concerning to see such practices continue without strategic adjustments.
Resolving current technical issues. The POS system has been non-operational for two weeks, and the head office has yet to provide a solution. Addressing these technical difficulties is critical to maintaining service quality.
By implementing these changes, the establishment can better serve customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Update:
Upon reviewing lower-rated reviews on Google, it is evident that many customers share similar frustrations. It appears that managerial staff are either indifferent or unaware of these concerns. Furthermore, the owner’s focus on only positive feedback—by commenting solely on favorable reviews—may hinder meaningful improvements.
It is essential to prioritize constructive feedback to restore customer trust and improve ratings, which have begun to decline from the initial high of 4.9 stars. Let’s work together to enhance the customer experience and rebuild the...

Read more🌟🌟 Sat. Sept 6, 2025 So I've had the chocolate chip cookie here before, first time, it was like the BEST I've ever had. When it went on sale 4 pack for $14 including tax, I was excited to get it and this is how it's brought. Just look at it. It's not even shaped properly, there's barely any dough and way tol many chocolate chunks.
They showed it to me and usually Im just in a hurry excited to get my cookies, but next time I'll be sure to do a double take because getting messy cookies more than once isn't right. Other times were not posted here and forgiven. Hard working customers willingly pay for a higher price for higher qualilty cookies and drive out of their way for what Crumbl is known for. And in this economy too, every customer experience should matter! Crumbl night shift workers on this Saturday, PLEASE do better. This quality is ridiculous!
Never had one bad experience at the Dixie/Dundas location and Im a frequent crumbl customer, there is something wrong here.
🌟🌟🌟 St. Patricks Week March 2025 Not enough Marshamallows on the Mallow Creme Cookies. It tasted more like a cream cheese frosting cookie. The cookie was big but when I used my crumbl cookie cutter, we barely tasted the marshmallow. 5 small lucky charms pieces on a big cookie? Does not look as advertised. I've seen this cookie in videos, posts and other crumbl stores put more.
Just letting customers know before they order this, especially since there is a St. Patrick's Day promo for the week, buy 6 for the price of 4.
Overall, a bit disappointed with that, but everything else...
