Not sure what was going on with the young oriental girl just a while ago. I work in the mall, and usually come here to get lunch for myself and my colleagues. Today, I went and I asked for hot sauces and extra teriyaki sauce in the bags (placed two orders). The first time she dumped the hot sauce inside the first bag. For the second bag, I watched her throw the teriyaki sauce inside it (not sure why she would do that, as that can open). She brings the bag to the front and I asked if she can put a hot sauce in the second bag, she went to the get it and proceeds to dump it inside the bag infront of me. I asked her why she would do that? She said sorry. I said you know you did it several times, why would you do this, she apologized again. I just left. Not sure what her issue is, but tbh I was polite about it, another customer would probably escalate it. Maybe she needs to learn what customer service is and how to work in a food...

I recently ordered a bento box with some gyozas on the side. The beef teriyaki was okay, but the sushi was terrible and the shrimp tempura was extremely oily, leaving a lingering aftertaste.

If you're considering trying this place, stick to the teriyaki beef or chicken; the other items are very poorly prepared.

The service was also disappointing. While the server seemed to be trying to be polite, additional charges for substitutions, like sushi or noodles instead of rice, were not communicated upfront. I had to question each extra charge when they appeared on the bill.

Overall, I ended up spending $30 for a subpar meal that I would never dare to call...

I ordered Vegi Poke Bowl, it was absolutely delicious and healthy. I would say it’s the most healthy meal I have had compared to other restaurant food.

The team members are amazing folks, they actually care about their customers and asked any dietary restrictions. As it stated vegi bowl but the spicy mayo comes with egg, so the lady who took my order asked them to remove the mayo from it. Hats off 👏

And the ingredients were all fresh. This is the best cooked tofu I have ever had. One little suggestion from my side is please don’t put extra salt on top of it. Otherwise it’s perfect 👌 💯
