Indian EXPRESS RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Vaughan

We visited this place for a team lunch (a group of around 10–12 people). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was no table service — we had to go to the counter to place our orders, which we only realized after sitting and waiting.

We arrived around 12:30 PM and waited over an hour (until 1:40 PM) for our food. When we went to check at the counter, only one person appeared to be managing everything. We asked how much longer it would take, and he said it would take time — no specific answer. He claimed he had informed us earlier, but none of us were told anything.

Eventually, we told him we were leaving, and he responded with a flat “go,” showing no regret or apology. It was shocking to see such rude and unprofessional behavior. Even though he already had pop (drinks), we offered to pay, but he refused and still told us to leave.

This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of customer service. Sadly, it doesn’t seem like the business values its customers. Would...

I’m going to start by saying that the only reason I gave them even a 1 star is because I wanted to write a review. The costumer service at this place is so bad! Me and my family went for dine in the other day and when we got in we ordered right away. First of all there was no free water and you had to buy a bottle. We were waiting for the food and I decided to ask how long it would take. She told me that it will take time and that we had just ordered even though it had been about 10-15 minutes. I went to go sit down and she called out to me and said in exact words that “ don’t worry no one here is going to eat your food “. I found this very rude but I sat down anyways. When we got the food it was in very small quantities even though we payed quite a bit of money. Overall I would NOT recommend this...

Gave 1 star since there is no option to give nothing.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been. No respect for customers.

He provides food in a flimsy plastic plate that’s not intended to hot foods. Not at all healthy.

When I asked the porcelain plate he had, he said that’s not given but he gave it for a white guy who came thereafter without asking. Don’t know how to call it.

I came to dine in but without even asking he gave parcel. When mentioned that am gonna dine in, he gave it in a silver plate that wasn’t washed properly. It had all the previous oil stains in it. Just returned it and he never bothered to even ask sorry. So arrogant.
