It is so shameful that the staff and service at this location is so rude and when questioned don't apologize despite not taking the order properly and not delivering all that ordered. The manager was not available to complain and next to incharge is not able to understand and keeps saying it's just coffee that's missed when we ordered a list of items. I have been in this country for over 25 years and Tim's is my morning routine. It is so sad to see the customer service is going below 1 star and courtesy is negative. I would really want the management of this location to train the staff the Canadian standards of customer service. People go to drive through either they are in a hurry and want to catch up on time. Today at drive through when I received my order they gave only 3 drinks instead of 4 and when asked the drive thru CSA asked us to wait at the parking so he can deliver my food and the remaining drink. After few minutes another CSA came gave us our food order and when asked for the missed drink he was so rude with his words and also said you did not pay go back and pay and get bro!!.. when we asked why you guys did not tell at the drive thru and we could have paid if it was not noted. He said go line up and walked away. We went inside to question and get the receipt to check why our coffee was not added in the first place... though it was the mistake in taking the order and also being rude. They both don't have courtesy to either accept the mistake or apologize. Is there no respect to the customer??. Everyone in the team is saying just 1 coffee without even understanding what was our ask. So sad. The day is a messy start...

When I do grab breakfast on the go, I enjoy McDonalds breakfast sandwiches. Always fresh, fast, well made, friendly and efficient service. This morning, McD's was a little out of my way so I decided to go through Tim's. What a disaster!! This is a new location that looks great but they've got serious issues. From the long wait at the drive thru, then trying to place my order with someone that just could not get it right!! Perhaps she should try listening to what the customer is saying... that might help! Ordered a breakfast sandwich combo and opened it when i finally got to work. What a mess!!! Melted cheese everywhere, English muffin was practically still frozen and unappetizing.... it also made the egg cold and gross. Sausage was broken in pieces and half of the egg was hanging outside the English muffin.
I will never go to a Tim's for breakfast again!! There's just as many McD's as there are Tim's. The difference is, McD's get's it right all the time!! and their coffee is much better as well. Staff is friendlier and better trained. If Tim's is trying to steal market share in the Breakfast war, they've got a lot to learn and quickly before it's too...

I tried to redeem a breakfast combo on the app but I still had redeem a coffee selected instead of bank my points so as soon as I scanned my QR code and the systems took the free coffee and ignored the offer I said I didn't want the coffee I wanted the offer they said the app picks the coffee first and it's already been redeemed even though the transaction hadn't been completed and the employee even removed the coffee from the order but I was told I would have to wait for 30 minutes to be able to use the offer and I couldn't get my points back for the redeemed coffee even though I didn't want a coffee and when I asked the manager if they could please straighten it out and just charge me for the difference and make me the offer he sat there arguing with me and told me that it was difficult and wasn't worth his time. The store was filthy dust all over the displays and on the walls with Cobb webs I guess they don't have time for that either.
The drivethru is horribly placed it's just a massive traffic jam where nobody can get by because the line crosses itself and blocks itself...
