One thing consistent about this location is their speed and priorities - both inside and drive-thru. Poor teamwork and co-ordination. Just the other day I went inside and ordered a smoothie and McFlurry at the kiosk. Kiosk screen was damaged (distorted image) and receipt roll was empty. The girl taking orders at the register was also making the McFlurries, and was making them despite the fact that the rest of the order was not completed - so this ended with several customers left with melted McFlurries as they sat waiting for complete order to be available. She ended up serving mine and walked away. Ice cream was on the skimpy side, too. I got her attention a bit later while eating my McFlurry at the pick-up and asked about the smoothie. She gets with someone else and finds out they needed ice in the machine. About 5 minutes later I see someone bring out ice, a bit later, two smoothies for another order was served. I waited a bit longer and then asked about my smoothie, then they got to mine. Total wait time was just over 20 minutes. While waiting, food from what looked like several orders piled up under the heat lamp. A supervisor or manager had come by looking at the mess of food and looked really confused and frustrated at what was going on. Complete disorder and about 15-20 people waiting on their orders. Read moreFew weeks I had unfortunate pleasure of visiting this location. Walked into the store and placed my order. Made a request for no meat in my breakfast sandwich due my religious diet restrictions. Picked up my order and left for my appointment. When I got to my appointment I opened up my sandwich and found the kitchen had put pork in my sandwich. I called the store immediately to complain about the incorrect order and I received an apology and was told when next in the area there would be a replacement meal awaiting me. My information and receipt was provided to the staff who acknowledged that the order was placed as I had stated. Trached my order at that point because my complaint was made. Returned 2 weeks later to pick up my replacement meal and was told there was no record of this. Now this isn't about the money it's about the principal "restaurants are horrible when it comes to customer service and they are not to be trusted". Your franchise is as good as the staff you employe. I will exercise my right not to venture into that store again but warn anyone to ensure the person taking your order accurately takes it and the kitchen staff who makes it is capable of making it correctly. Read moreI'm a guy of many chances and this location managed to mess up enough times that I feel compelled to write this review and escalate my complaint to management. On numerous occasions, they managed to mess up the coffee order and they weren't even close (I'm sure double double and black sound/taste/look very different). More often than not, the drive thru at this location is closed. Today, went to get my breakfast order around 8:40ish. My order was Egg LT combo with 2x hashbrown and 2x large double double. What I ended up getting was EBLT combo with 1x hashbrown and 3x large double double... When I ask the girl at the window to change my sandwich as I'm vegetarian and don't eat bacon, she rolled her eyes at me.
I'm sorry, I used to work at Tim Horton's and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I'm not trying to be a difficult customer but when you mess up my order, have the decency to fix it without being rude. Instead, this girl has the audacity to roll her eyes at a customer when they messed up. Oh the kicker to all this is, I didn't even get my receipt so I can't pinpoint exactly which jackass employee "served" me.
