I had an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience due to whoever the "person" working on October 15, 2024 in the evening. I hope this comes with repercussions, because you lost many customers today. After a very long week, and day, me and my younger brother were on our way to visit our mother in the hospital yet again. We planned to pickup shawarma wraps on national shawarma day for our family. Even just 3 wraps total would have been fine. The worker refused to give us just one extra wrap knowing it was for my mother who can't leave the hospital. Clearly you can't train someone to have empathy because I am sure management would have let us. He showed no sorrow, and for that, I cannot continue to support this location. I hope something can come from this because I am honestly super upset, it is not the action, it is about the moral. I am always super bright person and always thank workers for their service, this is the first time I have been sour towards a worker. I hope management...

I would like to recognize and thank Jaspreet Kaur for her absolutely incredible work at Pita land on Atkinson. The moment we walked in, I was immediately impressed by how hard she was working. Orders were constantly coming in through Uber, and then our family of ten arrived all at once. Despite the overwhelming demand, Jaspreet never missed a beat. She worked with remarkable efficiency, professionalism, and such a positive attitude.

It’s rare to see someone handle that level of pressure with such grace. She managed everything with speed, accuracy, and a genuine sense of care for the customers. Our entire family was stunned by her work ethic and dedication. Employees like her make a business stand out, and I truly hope her efforts are recognized. She is outstanding.

Also I must add the food itself was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted incredible, and our guests visiting from Florida kept saying how much they wished they had a Pita...

I’m loving the Summer weather SHAWARMA-ch, it’s time to celebrate😌 We got Beef Shawarma Wrap, Chicken Shawarma Burger, Garlic Potato, Chicken on Rice, and Beef Kebab Plate. Beef Shawarma Wrap was MASSIVE, it had flavourful Beef, loaded with Veggies, Pickles, this will totally satisfy any late night cravings! Chicken Shawarma Burger blew our minds, Chicken Shawarma was juicy, sandwiched between a soft Burger Bun, so good! It’s not really a Shawarma meal if there’s no Garlic Potato, am I right? The Potato was super Garlic-y, a MUST get! Chicken on Rice came with tender, juicy, Chicken Shawarma on their fragrant, fluffy Rice; Beef Kebab Plate came with grilled Beef Kebab, Rice, Garlic Potato, and Salad! We also got their own branded Juices, both Mango and Mango Carrot were refreshing and delish!
