Pizzaville — Restaurant in Vaughan

I would give a rating of 0 however I had to select the 1 in order to post. Last night I had ordered a pizza as I usually had in the past. I live in a building and usually I would meet the driver in the lobby to make it easier however I have a foot injury which I could not do it this time. The driver Rajkumar called to tell me to come downstairs and when I advised him I could not and provided my reason why I could not he became irate and questioned me more. I advised if it was going to be such a hassle he could cancel he abruptly hung up. I hobbled on 1 foot to the door and looked out to see if he came up. I seen him and I opened the door. He shoved the pizza box at me with force pushing me back. I told him he is rude and I will complain he said go ahead as he walked away. I called customer service and they promised a call from a manager from what I am waiting on a day later. It bugs me that this happened I could have fallen. Also I did contact less payment which includes a tip and he does not deserve my tip nor a job at this point in my opinion. I hope no one else has to experience this disrespect from him again. We recently celebrated our son's birthday at Pizzaville, and it was an absolute delight. The staff went above and beyond to make the day special for our group of 8 kids. They efficiently arranged tables to accommodate everyone, ensuring we had enough space to enjoy our meal comfortably.

One of the highlights was how they handled the birthday cake; they kept it safe in their fridge until it was time for the big reveal. When we lit the candle, not only did they bring out the cake, but they also joined in singing "Happy Birthday", adding to the festive atmosphere.

The pizza at Pizzaville was fantastic - fresh, tasty, and clearly made with quality ingredients. It was a hit among both the kids and the adults.

Moreover, the personal touch by the owner or manager, who came over to personally thank us for choosing their restaurant, really stood out. It's not every day you get such warm and attentive service.

Overall, Pizzaville proved to be an excellent venue for a small celebration. With their great service, delicious food, and welcoming environment, we wholeheartedly recommend this place to other parents looking for a spot to celebrate special occasions. Five...

I ordered from the location 1.3kms away (31 Colossus Dr UNIT 101, Woodbridge) I was called from the site after 50 mins to say none of the drinks I ordered were in stock. No problem. My order arrives 15 mins after that. The order was paid for online but because of the drinks I had to pay at the door. I pay again, price is overcharged. I called in and they say that head office made error. I bring items inside, the 2 drinks they said they did have were wrong. The pizza and wings are very cold. I did my own calculations and they charged me tax on the delivery charge as well. As of now, I have paid $120.55 for an order of $50.05. Unfortunately I will never use pizzaville again. Third time in 3 weeks, all 3 times, the waits were from an hour to 1 hr 45 mins. All three times pizza was cold. I guess it's back to Pizza Nova
