Teriyaki Experience — Restaurant in Vaughan

iv been going to this teriyaki experience for about 2 years, and id usually go about 2 -3 times a week sometimes , iv spend lots of money here I usually get beef teriyaki double meat, I also usually ask for abit of teriyaki sauce on the side because I live far away from this location, so i receive a little tiny cup thatcomes a quarter full which is a JOKE!!! BUT I USUALLY NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT IT . only reason I go to this location is because the food is usually decent compare to others but THE PRICE IS TOO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU GET ON THE PLATE the portions are very small . long story short I was charged an extra 50 cents for extra sauce this time. this is what I get for being a loyal customer get charged more. 50 cents is not much but its the principle of being so greedy after I spend sooo much money at this location. I asked for my money back and was told get don't refund money , after 30min of them speaking in the back I got my money back and never going back this place ever again in my life. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION DUE TO THE GREEDYNESS OF THE OWNERS OF THIS PLACE DURING THIS...

I used to love this Teriyaki Location as the staff was very nice , some even-knowing my orders since I come to this location quite frequently. I hate to say this but recently the quality of food and the new employees hired is very disappointing. I went to this location on Friday and ordered a chicken teriyaki with white rice. The bowl has 2 pieces of veggies in it, I asked kindly to one of the employees can you add more veggies, including more bean sprouts cause there was none in the bowl. This lady started arguing saying oh theres veggies in a rude defensive way. I told her kindly, no there isn't any veggies, then she tells me oh the bean sprouts are raw, do you want it. I tell her no obviously cook it like what. Then she sighs, starts giving a rude look and dumps a whole bunch of bean sprouts into the bowl when I just asked for a little bit thats mixed with the other veggies. Overall I can say I am not coming back to this location ever again ,after being a loyal customer for the past 4 years. I hope the owners can properly review...

Food here in this location was way better before the flavour and amount was wayyyyyyy better but this will be my last time at this location the customer service was horrible slow the girl ( not sure which girl is which since no one was wearing a name tag I had to call and get the names of the girl one was aman and the other was tanika) but I think tanika was the girl who served me she eas was dry no smile no idea how to greet customers more or less make the food I ordered two poke bowls and one pan Asian shrimp bowl. As she finished the poke bowls she asked if I wanted spicy mayo on it and I responded with no thanks then she looked at me and asked in the most rude manner “ then what do you want”. I was taken back at how dry she was to begin with as she said nothing to me before then for her to open her mouth in such a rude way I just told her to put the teriyaki sauce so I could get out of that place.
