If possible I would give before zero star. I placed an order via the mobile app and went and picked it up. The employee which I assume is also the owner but forgot to put chicken teriyaki on one of the subs and made it vegetarian. When I went home I realized the mistake and I followed up by filling out a survey. The owner emailed me back with the rudest customer service - first he claims not to believe me and stated he checked his surveillance cameras to make sure that the sandwiches were made incorrectly. Then he informed me that of the four sandwiches I ordered only one was made incorrectly. Which was not true all of them were made incorrectly it seems like the employee got confused and made them all the same while all of them were different. When I had entered the store and I told employee I was there to pick up the order he had asked me are all the same and I had told him very clearly they are all veggies but with different variations.
Going back-and-forth with the owner via email he promised me one of two things either I can come to the store and get a free chicken teriyaki foot-long sub or I can have the money refunded back to my card and that is what I chose because the store was not in a convenient location for me to drive back.
It’s been over two months and I have still not gotten my money back I have emailed the owner via email many times and still no reply.
Clearly this is a fraudulent restaurant and they do fraudulent activities promising to give your money back and then never doing it and then when you try to contact them they don’t answer.
I have attached email proof where I was very clearly offered a refund which I never received.
If anyone is thinking of going to this place I strongly suggest you do not because it seems like this is a very shady place and honestly I would not even want to support any business like that where the owner or the employee are such horrible people it’s not about the money it’s about the principle and value and the type of customer service...

Rude employee, without apology tells me they won’t take anymore orders after the man in front of me.
