Does anyone at this Tim Horton’s location or the owner who owns multiple in this area consider reading these reviews and taking action to rectify the atrocious services at these Tim Horton’s location?
I can relate to every one of these comments below and furthermore issues which I don’t understand why they occur.
I went through the drive thru this morning to order two coffees and a plain bagel double toasted, light butter. In return I received a plain bagel, barely toasted with butter spread like cream cheese.. Extremely frustrating especially when I ask to confirm at the window it is double toasted and I get, “yes, yes, double toasted sir”. After all that, I get asked to move off to side and wait for a new bagel (no specific directions of where) and then after waiting ten minutes my order doesn’t come. I go inside to ask for a refund and I have employees disputing I was not where I was directed to be..
I get the fearless leader (Manager Rna) who is the example of horrible customer service with her attitude and lack of ability to diffuse a situation from a customer. She provides me my refund and walks away saying good bye sir as I’m asking for management name and spelling. At no point was I rude to this manager nor was I targeting any individual. I asked simply for details to report a complaint, which Tim Horton’s as a company asks of their customers. This is the same lady who I had serve me in the past at the speaker and window and would cut my order and attempt to finalize my order before completion.
Simply train your employees better or making a staffing change as done at the Weston and Rutherford location 20meters down the road where it is...
Read moreIf I could give a zero i would. Avoid this place at all cost. I have been to this Tim Hortons a few times. Day 1 My tea wasn't stirred and all the cream and sugar at the bottom of the cup. DAY 2 asked to make sure my tea is stired over the mic, and when I pulled up to the widow i asked did you stir it and she assured me she did, to my surprise still not done. Day 3 asked them to stir my tea she said it was stirred and I told her the day before you said you did and it wasn't. She was like it's stirred and I pull away wasn't stirred. Parked up and confronted her and she is still arguing it was stirred. I told her to get me a cup to prove her wrong. She took the cup dumped it and made me a new one. Another time I ordered tea, don't know what they did maybe mix tea and coffee. It tasted like garbage, at this point I was already on the highway to turn around and give them a piece of my mind. The story doesn't end here I ordered a bagel for my wife and asked them on the mic to make sure it's cut in half. I got the bagel and just the top bagel was cut but not the bottom. Parked up and went in there and asked them, what is this, I asked you to cut the bagel. Her reply was that's how we cut the bagel. Read moreTerrible attendance. We ordered a cappuccino. The attendant said very quickly "we don't serve that here in this store ma'am. Is there anything else?" clearly with an intention to finalize the order. We ordered another coffee, followed again by the quick question and almost without letting us finish saying "anything else ma'am?". A second colleague came to replace the cashier but it seems that they provide this terrible standard service. We ordered the roast beef cheddar and sandwich. She said they didn't have any, and again immediately "anything else ma'am?" as if we had to think in seconds about another option. We opted for another. Again, almost without finishing speaking: "Anything else ma'am?" I got angry and said: "Calm down because I didn't finish." That's when she said "How long will it take ma'am?" At the moment I didn't realize it because I wanted to choose right away and get out of there. I did not answer. And she repeated "Anything else ma'am?" We paid for our order and in the car I saw that our two chicken ranch wraps did not come with ranch sauce (see photo). I had to go back to the store to ask for the sauce because it was very dry.
