Let’s start with the positive: Very good variety of Asian products included a large range of Vietnamese products. There are even some Mexican products such as Maseca to make tortilla or tortillas. It also sells some Jamaican spices. Rare Vietnamese ingredients can be found in that store if you like Vietnamese cuisine. The pricing is ok for a lot of products. Negative: I was shocked by the woman with permanent makeup of how rude she was. She is maybe crazy because I heard her complaining and being mad by speaking by herself and yelling like she is too busy doing her job when I saw her chitchatting with a man happily. She was extremely rude to me. I asked her about a product if she has the original flavor because the one in the shelf had different flavors. She was so unfriendly and keep saying I don’t understand what you are saying (we even nicely asked in her language Vietnamese, so no language barrier for her here). I nicely said something like ‘oh you may not have the original product’ because she was pointed at another spot but the product was not the same. And in a very mean and rude tone ‘I don’t know what you are talking about’ ‘it’s not like I don’t have, I don’t know what it is or what you are talking about’. I seriously don’t understand the need to argue about a product to kindly say yes or no we don’t have what you are asking. I really don’t understand why this woman was making a big deal for a simple question. Also she was not looking at me but at her receipts she clearly didn’t want to help me at the beginning and ignored me. Horrible experience. Horrible person. The store looks dirty. The meat section doesn’t look very hygienic. If you are in a sales period like Black Friday, it can be very difficult to park. Payment only debit or cash. Honestly I don’t understand what’s going on with this area between that store and the sandwich store by the side. Vietnamese people are used to be known as very friendly and kind. I experienced something very unusual. I don’t understand why they can treat customers so badly. They clearly don’t care about you as they probably make enough money to keep going. I am even more disappointed because I drove an hour to go to that store. I got good experience the first time. Now I have to reallocate my store preferences and look at online orders. Easier and not more unfriendly customer experience like this place. Not like it’s cheap anyway. So many stuffs overpriced.

Asian supermarket in the plaza outside Vaughan mills. Parking gets hectic on the weekends and people tend to park in spots that aren't parking spots. The employees are nice, there's a lady that works there that speaks English, Chinese and Vietnamese. She's usually by the stand before the cashiers and knows where everything is so I ask her if I need any help. There's also the Vietnamese sandwich place inside the supermarket where you can grab other Vietnamese treats and desserts. There's also an interac fee if your purchase is under $10.

very good selection of product. This is a staple go to place if you are “not of the culture” but want to buy specific products and ingredients that you’re not going to get it Fortino. Lol. I’m sure every store has its off day, but generally speaking, the produce is extremely competitively priced with a great selection All your Korean and sushi sauces and ingredient needs are here Debit only. And also at no cost, they will randomly yell at you and you will not know why.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful employees at this store. I went to exchange a cooking pot within 7 days of purchase, as per their exchange policy (because they don't do returns). They refused to exchange the pot, even after I explained to them it was unused and that it wasn't even taken out of the box it came in. The lady at the exchange counter said they don't take back cooking items due to hygiene reasons, although there's nothing about this listed on their return/exchange policy. Then the lady says that when I purchased the item the cashier would have told me that it would be final sale, but nothing like that was said to me. The whole time the lady at the counter was very rude, and almost yelled at me. It was an infuriating and embarrassing experience. The employees have no understanding of customer service or even respect. I will definitely not be shopping at this store again.

Also, if they're so concerned about hygiene, they should really take a look at their own store and do a deep clean. It's a very dirty...

Some of their products like fruits and frozen goods (e.g.whole shrimp) are not fresh. The old lady with a short hair is also rude. One time we bought a pomelo and a frozen shrimp as I mentioned above at this supermarket. Upon reaching home, I checked the products I bought and to my surprise the Pomelo is rotten, while the shrimp is in bad condition after thawing. It was soft and came off easily. I tried to cook it and try to salvage it but the taste is bitter and aweful. It ended up in the trash bin and just wasted $8. On the other hand, we tried to exchange the rotten Pomelo and to our surprise, the old lady with short hair told us that we need to check the fruit first before checking it out. It is crazy because, that is their product and they should be checking them first before selling to customers. It is also stated in their receipts that you cannot exchange products, which I see it as...
