Zankhna's Exceptional Service: The sandwich artist, Zankhna, has been working here for a long time, and her customer service is truly amazing! She always gets my order perfect. Nirali's Leadership: The new manager, Nirali, is doing a fantastic job! Her enthusiasm and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident.

Today, August 5, 2025, I visited Tim Hortons at 3650 Langstaff Rd, Woodbridge, around 11 am, and I was blown away by the exceptional service! I'd like to give a special shoutout to three amazing employees who made my experience truly unforgettable:

Nirali (Supervisor): Exceptional leadership and customer service skills. She's always ensuring everything runs smoothly. Zankhna (Sandwich Lady): Incredibly skilled and efficient in making sandwiches. Her attention to detail is impressive! Pooja (All-Rounder): A true all-rounder, providing excellent customer service and handling orders with ease. She's a valuable asset to the team!

Morning Shift Excellence

I completely agree with other reviews that the morning shift (5 am - 3 pm) is truly amazing, 7 days a week. The team works seamlessly together to provide top-notch service. Unfortunately, the afternoon shifts don't quite live up to the same standards.

Absolutely disappointed!!! For the past month I go through the drive thru with hopes it will get better. It never does. I drive my son to work all the way from Scarborough and there are no drive thrus on our way and no time to stop at 5am. I get for myself in the morning for my ride back and every time even with no one else in line I am RUDELY scurried through and EVERY TIME I must reiterate that they please stir the coffee because if I don't...THEY DON'T and i get on the highway with a bitter coffee that has sugar at the bottom. If I ask for anything extra it's ALWAYS wrong!! Yesterday was my muffin and this morning my bagel. Maybe if they weren't rushing customers, paid a little more attention to the customers and not talking to their co workers in their foreign language(which is rude) the orders would be correct and they'd have more time for customer courtesy. I do realize there are "drive thru times" as I once worked at a Tim Hortons before. Truthfully if there was another one on our way to and from i would not be continuing to go...
