Title: Exceptional Service at Stacked
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stacked and I must say, the service I received was nothing short of excellent. The standout among the staff was undoubtedly Ceyara, a waitress who went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was truly exceptional.
From the moment I walked in, Ceyara greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in providing me with the best possible experience. Her attention to detail was remarkable, as she took the time to explain the menu and recommend dishes based on my preferences.
Throughout my meal, Ceyara was always one step ahead, anticipating my needs and ensuring that I had everything I needed. She was prompt with refilling my water glass, checking in to see if I needed anything else, and making sure that my food was prepared to perfection.
What truly sets Ceyara apart is her genuine passion for customer service. She made me feel like a valued guest, and her enthusiasm was contagious. Her dedication to her job is evident, as she consistently went out of her way to ensure that every customer had an amazing experience.
The entire staff at Stacked should be commended for their exceptional service, but Ceyara truly stood out. Her professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to providing top-notch service are qualities that every business should strive for. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of her customers.
I highly recommend Stacked for its outstanding service, and I urge you to request Ceyara as your waitress. She is undoubtedly an incredible staff member who will go above and beyond to make your dining experience unforgettable.
Here's to Ceyara and the entire team at Stacked for setting the bar high when it comes to exceptional service. Keep up the...
Read moreI never leave reviews but I had the absolute worst experience here with my friends. We came for breakfast and the waiter was just so rude from the getgo. He had issues with us making any adjustments to the food (replacing regular bacon with turkey bacon). He threw snarky remarks about how busy the kitchen is and how there’s a line out the door (there wasn’t) but we keep making changes. He said the kitchens going to love us for these changes issues. The next friend went to order and had an adjustment and he rolled his eyes and said of course, we didn’t even have complicated requests. He never refilled our water. He brought out the food and had to point out that the one person who didn’t make any adjustments was the only person who had no “issues” with their order and was such an easy order. I didn’t realize that making adjustments was considered an issue. He forgot to bring out part of our meal until we asked for it and he just seemed annoyed that we even asked. When it came to pay and we all wanted to pay for our own meals, he had an issue with ringing up 4 bills which he was aware of from the beginning. He made one person pay for 2 people to make his life easier. He put her on the spot and said “do you just want to pay for hers as well”. Of course making her feel like she had to and she did, which shouldn’t have happened. I won’t name the gentleman but he was just a horrible person so never again. We also ordered waffles which he said he would bring out after our meal and he never did, by this point, we were so upset and uncomfortable that we didn’t even ask for it because quite frankly we didn’t want to give this place more business than we already did. The food itself was below average, I would recommend quite literally any other breakfast place in Vaughan before this that have much better food and service (Boom, Cora’s,...
Read moreCame to Stacked Pancake House with my sister one time and we had a decent experience, probably higher than what I’m rating for this review. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, we were satisfied.
Decided to return again with my boyfriend when he was visiting, and it started out ok, we were sat quickly. Here’s where the issues began. (Same as last visit) we asked the server for recommendations on what’s popular and what others order and she shrugged at us and said “it depends on what you like. I’ll give you a few more minutes.” When we were ready to order, she asked if we’d like to upgrade our home fries, and from the options on the menu, we asked which upgrade is more popular, and again “it depends on what you like.” If it’s all based on what WE like, why would we ask for popular recommendations…. We ended up getting a sandwich melt, an omelette, and a poutine. Melt was fine, omelette was fine, but the poutine, the GRAVY was sooooo SALTY that it was bitter to taste. We couldn’t eat it and we called the server. We explained it was so salty that we can’t even eat it, her suggestion? “Try adding ketchup! I can bring the hot sauce. Want to add more fries?” Then went on explaining “it’s a standard recipe we use. I’ve served many and no one complained. Maybe it’s YOUR (our) tastebuds that’s making it too salty, it might just not be your taste.” My boyfriend (who’s usually too kind to complain) asked for her to just take it back because we absolutely cannot eat it. She straight up said “oh we don’t take food back. All I can do is give you a 25% discount for this.” We ended up speaking to another server, might’ve been a manager, who voided the poutine off our bill. But you can say that Stacked would NOT be a go to brunch place...
