Wendy's — Restaurant in Vaughan

Hello I do not recommend this place for drive through at least. They took my order and asked me to wait in parking lot while no one was in the line ! Anyway , the guy came with a paper bag and gave me the order I asked this is my order and he said yes and I asked what was that and he did not even know!!! No problem I took the bag and went to another location wait for my daughter. At that time I wanted to eat so I opened the paper bag and search for my drink which was not there ! And checked inside the bag no fries! I called the location and explained the situation the guy remembered me and said I did not charged you for those items!!!! Long story short The guy did not get my order correctly and brought up the excuses He did not put the receipt in the bag , he did not give the receipt and he did not even ask me for a receipt ! And when I explained my order he asked for the receipt and at that moment I understood that he did not give me the receipt When I asked to talk to his manager he said he is the manager !!!!! Worst customer service experience. They got our order wrong many times, and they kept having to correct the order, while getting angrier at us. We asked for a large poutine, and they told us that they don't do large poutine (even though we know they do large poutine), and they ended up finding the large poutine box size. We waited for a long while just for them to finish our order, and in the end, it was wrong and more expensive. I asked for a double mushroom burger, but they were going to charge me for a triple bacon. I said i didnt want a drink, and they charged me for one anyways. My wife had said she wanted a skor caramel brownie (said it many times), but they gave her a regular skor blizzard. Our order tonight had a few issues. Ordered through Skip so could not resolve. The order took over an hour to be delivered which was due to Skip courier availability which was conveyed as soon as I placed the order. I think Wendys made the order once it was placed. Ordered 10 chicken nuggets with two dips. Received 7 nuggets and one dip. Nuggets were not fresh and warm/hot. My cheese and baked potatoe was all smushed to one side of container but was packed flat as should be. My burger was between cold and Luke warm. They constantly pack cold drinks alongside hot food.
