RB Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Vernon

I placed an order via skip, that was processed, accepted and I sat waiting (my 40 min wait).. at 35 minutes the tracking disappeared. 10 minutes later I received a "canceled message ". No explanation, nothing. I contacted skip (who gave me a credit, no thanks) and was told they "ran out of food ". One steak dinner and Cheesecake that cost $53. Skip said to contact the restaurant. So, after working a 12hr shift in the hospital, hoping to have a meal, I was offered a credit (no thank you). Yes, it was refunded but I can't eat that. And when I spoke to the restaurant today; they laughed at me.. oh, yes, sorry.. we didn't get a delivery. WHY was my order accepted?? Why wasn't it canceled BEFORE sitting for over 30mins waiting for food? Besides the fact that I had NO notification?! This restaurant offered nothing. Vernon is small but that doesn't mean businesses get to treat us like we do not matter. I'm disgusted in so many ways. You will never get my business again.. and, well, Vernon is small BUT I work for a Very large company and I will surely share...

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Went there last Friday night. The hotel was full and busy as anything and My mom was in town and they were staying at the hotel so we decided just to go there for dinner. Wow what a mistake. Friday night 6pm and the place was empty maybe one other table. We all ordered steak sandwiches with yam fries. My mom and her bf ordered medium well steaks and me and my wife ordered medium rare. The food took around 30min to come out and it was cold to start and all 4 steaks were over well done. The yam fries were cold and didn't come with a dip and I don't think a piece of steak on a garlic bread is a steak sandwich. No fried onions, no mushrooms. No gravy. Just bad. I mentioned the steak being overcooked and they at first offered to redo it and then Said they don't have any more steaks. We ended up not ordering anything else. Ordered from skip, so I understand the food isn't ever gonna be as good as fresh in the restaurant, but breakfast was still a big disappointment. Eggs Benny missing the back bacon and english muffin was untoasted and soggy. Yolks were hard; normally I'd expect runny yolks for eggs Benny. That said, there was no option to specify how the eggs should be cooked. Hashbrowns are actually tater tots which is fine, but not really what was ordered. Belgian waffles with whipped cream are just eggos with a small puddle of white in the bottom of the container. Whipped cream needs to be separate for delivery orders or just melts down. Fruit cup was reasonably priced for what it is, but is just melon with a few blueberries. Overall I thought the prices seemed good, but upon delivery, I feel I overpaid for something a 15y/o with a frying pan could have whipped up in...
