Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Vernon

Humiliated!!! Stopped in for a bite to eat on my way through. Used the washroom first. There was no toilet paper or paper towel and the sink was several feet away from the toilet making it very difficult to sanitarily clean my bottom. I unfortunately was forced to use my hand and awkwardly move myself from the toilet to sink in order to wash myself properly. :'( then I went to talk to the manager .. the supervisor this evening was horrible! When I told her what happened she laughed at me. I told her I was hungry but I've lost my apetite and hurried back to my car. The time was 6:11pm June 3rd when I got in the car. I didn't get the supervisors name but she was awful and I bet she didn't even properly clean the ladies bathroom after I was forced to wash myself in the sink. This is the most humiliating experience and it has affected me as a customer so I will no longer be doing business at Tim Hortons...

I would like to give a positive review for this Tims location (Hwy 6 Vernon), especially the manager Danica. Some time ago I had an incident at the drive through window. More of just an accident really, which resulted in some minor damage to the interior of our vehicle. It was dealt with at the time, but we recently discovered other slight damage to our vehicle interior. Danica, through the owner, accepted responsibilty of the mishap and yesterday our vehicle recieved some needed repairs at the dealership which "Tims" gladly paid for us. Such a painless process and a return to a "happy wife" on my end. Thank you Danica for your professionalism, promptness and understanding in handling this situation for us. Thank you to the ownership as well for not having us jump through 15 hoops to get this taken care of. You easily could have! Again, Cheers from a happy customer..... now, off to get...

I go to this Timmies pretty much every day and it is extremely hit or miss. They are usually out of at least 1 thing I want, sometimes more (especially late at night - don't bother going after 8 PM). The order are often made wrong, with very simple things such as sausage being put on my sandwich instead of bacon, even though I never made any mention of sausage. Or they will forget to put items in the bag. The people taking your order in the drive thru are usually very slow and don't really understand what you want (I asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich and they repeated back to me "okay, one crispy chicken sandwich" and rang that in).
