This is specifically about the Balloon Glow event that kicks off the carnival. What a great experience. It’s important to have the right expectations going in though. Great vendors show up, even in the cold! The balloons are beautiful! No, they do not lift off, but you couldn’t get this close to them if they did. It’s a special experience.
