If I could I would give no stars or negative stars. Hands down the WORST place I've ever been to. Not sure if there a manager that works there and knows what's going on with all the kids working there whom where clearly all on drugs ( sloppy, slurred speech, couldn't hold a conversation or even know what was going on clearly tweaking) there was a bar tender that neglected to wash his hands at any point after touching his hair, crawling on the floor ( and begging another waitress to do things to him), hand scooping all the limes into a container, touching door handles and change for the till then proceeding to touch all the straws where you put your mouth on, rims of cups and such things.

The food was mediocre at best and mainly cold, the beer was flat and tasted rather off as well. I usually do take photos but it wasn't worth my time.

We were NOT told at any point that you can only use cash or credit then was rudely told about the ATM when we tried to pay. Also we witnessed lots of other customers coming inside and they were just thrown a menu and told to find a seat when they should of been nicely greeted and seated with menus. Might of had something to do with the 4 people on and off running the front door. It was hard to watch all the unorganized situations The staff are more concerned with one another in their own little social club. Save your money and go somewhere that will treat you properly and be ran by adults whom are not on drugs. Place sickens me and needs a lot of help and to revise the OHS rules. Will NOT...

I've been going to El Furns for years. Usually the Whistler location. I've been to this one a handful of times since moving here.

While it's safe to assume you don't come here for exceptional food or service, me and my friends had possibly the worst server in history last night it was so bad to the point it was comedic. When we arrived the restaurant was essentially empty and after being seated put our drink orders in. Fast forward, maybe 45ish minutes later we received our food but half of us had no drinks or water in front of us to have while eating because our server after being asked every time she came to the table neglected to bring back waters like we asked. The worst part is while we are laughing at how hilarious this whole thing is wondering if maybe the 5th request would be the charm we all see her standing at the front podium face timing her friend instead of getting us some hydration! We all only had one or two drinks, but probably would have had 4 or 5 if the server would have just brought us anything within a reasonable amount of time.

I'll end this review by recommending drink spots you can go to that have better service.

Me and my partner both love Warehouse a lot, it's been our go-to for a while, however we had a recent experience that made us very upset and almost sad. We came in on a Friday night for my partner's birthday, understandably it was very busy, so service was a little slow, again understandable, we requested a table inside and was told by the busser/host it'd be a 15-20 minute wait but we could sit outside to wait until a table was available, we mentioned this to our server as well and even offered to settle up with her before we moved inside. The server seemed like she was having a bad night, but again I don't blame her for this because it was very busy. After this, we watched multiple groups of people come in and get a table inside before we did. We never got our table inside. We also watched the other outside tables around us get multiple rounds of drinks before we even got one drink for friends who had just shown up. I don't blame the server or anyone else because I understand it was busy and maybe it was a forgotten thing but we were very excited to hang out there for his birthday and it was super disheartening to see the "younger" and "prettier" tables take priority over us. We're not even very "old" or whatever, and we have always treated the servers very well when we've been there, every time.
