We’re absolutely thrilled with our recent purchase of a custom 2105 sectional from Q Living. After searching big box stores for a sectional that fit our size requirements (and budget) with no luck, we decided to return to Q Living where our previous sectional had originally come from. We had purchased that one secondhand in 2022 (it was originally made in 2018), and even after years of use it was still in excellent condition, but no longer suited our space after some recent renovations.
The Victoria store had recently gone through a staff change, and while there were some natural growing pains with a new team, owner Rob and the rest of the crew were personable, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Their shop dog, Wilson, was a welcomed bonus, quietly roaming the showroom and dutifully tending to his frisbee.
In the showroom, we had the chance to browse a wide range of fabric options, take samples home, and choose the perfect fit for our space. The fabric we selected came with a longer than usual lead time, which was a bit of a bummer at first, but the team worked hard to shorten the wait as much as possible, and it was ultimately well worth the wait.
The delivery crew was clean, friendly, and patient. They unwrapped the sofa, set it in place, and hauled away all of the packaging when they left.
The new sectional has exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Q Living again.

Read moreThis year my wife and I purchased a sectional. We are still excited for the furniture to come in however, we have had sub optimal to poor experience with the customer service representatives. We are on our second shipping delay for the sectional. The first delay was an email early on (which was appreciated). The second (recent) delay came in via text (which went to spam). The text asks for us to schedule a time to speak with a representative. However, since it was spam my wife calls the Victoria branch but gets directed to Vancouver as they deal with ETA's. They said instead of helping us then that we need to schedule a time through the spammed link. My wife scheduled a time and awaited a call. However, there was no received call (how can someone not attend a meeting that was set up, very unprofessional). We then reach out to Q Living again. We are speaking with a representative but they are unable to give us any information as it requires a manager. The manager who is in charge of our file was not available as they were on their days off and the manager that was available could not be bothered to talk to us as they wouldn't have access to the file. I could see that perhaps the representative does not have access however, a manager should. We have to now wait and reschedule an appointment with the manager that has access to the file. My question is why would we need to schedule an appointment. Why can't we receive an email, or just a voice mail about the delay? We felt as though the representative had poor customer service and with the tone of voice treated us as unintelligent. Will not use Q Living...
Read moreWe ordered a sofa a year ago. We rarely use the sofa because it is on the ground floor. The seats were different in softness. We said this in the store. They said that it takes time. But the seat of the chaise is very soft and when you sit down you just fall into it close to the back of the sofa. As it turned out, it does not have such support as single seats. When you lift the cushion, there is just fabric and if you touch it with your hand, there are only wooden sticks and not any tension under fabric. We sent videos and pictures to their customer service twice. Both times they refused it. We came to the store, the manager could not say anything at all. Nor show a similar sofa for comparison. We asked to send a specialist who would assess the problem. They sent us an email after some time where it was said that they could send a specialist. But if he does not find the problem, then we will have to pay and I want to say a lot. The sofa is under warranty, but we cannot get the problem solved. We compared the seat support with other sofas of this company and they are the same, which cannot be said about our sofa. In our chaise it is completely absent and for them it is the norm. As long as nothing is done under the warranty. Buy a sofa and not use it because it is not made well. Before ordering it, we tried it at the Vancouver branch and there was a completely different support and sewing. The sewing of our chaise is of poor quality. I am very disappointed in Qliving and...
