Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

Very disappointing experience. I have ordered from this location at least 5 or 6 times and every single time, there is an issue. The first time was missing dips, then it was a missing drink, then it was a missing topping, then it was incorrect change given back to me, and finally, the delivery driver forgot to give me a the chicken bites than came with the meal. Also, the salad was incredibly small for $8...not worth it at all. One time when I picked up my pizza order in person, i double checked to make sure everything was there. Some dips and drinks were missing, so I went back to correct it. I handed the order back to them to fix it, and then they gave it back to me including the missing items. I opened the order again, and it was still wrong! I can't say I will be ordering from Panago again. Hopefully the staff can put a bit more effort into ensuring that every single part of the order...

I decided I wanted to order off you guys cause I hadn't in awhile. When I called I was on hold for a few min which is no problem so I waited then I get to talk to someone and the guys starts talking so fast it's like he was auctioning off something. When I asked the guy to slow down repeat what he's said due to he said it so fast I didn't catch it all. He sighs and starts giving me attitude. I get if you are busy and need to get through the calls but customers should be able to understand what you are saying so they can make sure their orders are correct and when being asked to slow down and repeat they shouldn't be given attitude for it. Needless to say I'll think twice before calling...

Edit: wasted time emailing them, got a coupon, the store wouldn't even honor it AND they messed up my order AGAIN. Terrible service, bad quality, very high price. Go to one of the many better pizza places that have similar prices but actually good pizza and don't screw up your order every single time.

Almost $30 for one pizza, and they still manage to give me the wrong pizza, one with toppics I realy don't like, apparently my fault because I didn't check until I got home.

Medicore pizza at best in the first place, but figured its "easier" to go there... yea well maybe not... might as well go to Standard Pizza or anywhere else - basically the same price and hugely better...
