Chicken World — Restaurant in Victoria

Ok. I am giving 5 stars because I don't want to affect their overall rating but I have yet to have a good experience with them. Here are my points of view. First positives: their Billo burger and 4-5 piece chicken meals (all spicy) are the best tasting in the menu. Kfc and Popyes don't come close. The staff is friendly but would highly recommend formal training to provide an excellent experience for new customers. The location is unfortunately terrible and I could not bring my family to the restaurant. There is no parking as well which makes things worse. The only parking is on the back side which is still a bit far. Would not recommend parking after evening. The staff don't inform you that there will be a 30c charge for the mandatory paper bag. The placement of the chicken in the burgers and the way food is placed in boxes needs a lot of improvement i.e. presentation of food. There were no napkins and staff didn't ask if I wanted ketchup. Staff Didnt politely ask me to sit and didn't tell me how long I will wait. On my first order one of the chicken pieces was uncooked and on second order a few days later they ran out of food ??? That's should not happen in a fast food restaurant where the only thing to eat is chicken. I was quite disappointed. The beef burger is just ok. Nothing special. I recommend to make it better they add some spicy sauce and provide more vegetables in it. Overall great tasting food. Looking forward for...

This is my first time trying Chicken World, I was excited to see that we have a location here, after hearing many good things about their locations on the mainland. I would like to also mention that I did get this order via DoorDash , so it could have affected the food. I got the Fried chicken(spicy) , Peri Peri Chicken , Gravy and Peri Fries. The fried chicken I got was very flavourful and juicy. You can tell that the chicken is well seasoned both before being battered and in the batter itself. The Peri Peri chicken though was not the greatest. Chicken was dry and overly burnt in some sections. Peri flavour was there, but it was really salty on the chicken which didn’t give it the best flavour. Peri Fries were good but nothing crazy to write home about , and the gravy was just the run of the mill powdered gravy. All and all I will be trying again for the fried chicken alone and will go to the location myself, as I feel it may not have been justice due to...

5 stars for the taste and variety! This place is halal — which I really appreciated. I tried the Gabbar Burger and it was absolutely delicious — extra large, juicy and came as a combo with perfectly crisp fries and a chilled Pepsi. We also ordered the crispy chicken, and it was equally tasty, juicy and packed with flavor.

Next time, I’m planning to try the Bewafa Burger — the name itself is so attractive… Bewafa 😜. They also have Billo Burger and many other tempting options. I noticed they offer special attractions and deals from Monday to Thursday, which is great!

The only drawback is the location — there are a lot of homeless people around the area which makes it a bit uncomfortable to visit. However, the staff mentioned they plan to relocate soon, which I believe will be a game-changer for this place.

For now, many prefer to order online — and I can totally see why. Highly recommended...
