Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Victoria

Absolutely worst place I have ever been to in my life. I went for a burrito, seeing the price on the menu, the burrito was around 12.49$. Everything is charged extra, seems like they even want you to pay to breathe in their store too. 1.) Fried veggies - extra charge of 1.49$ 2.) Guacamole - extra charge of 1.50$ 3.) Paper bag - 0.50$ cents 4.) combo with a drink - 4.49$, now remember when they say drink it means only coco cola and no other drink otherwise they will charge you the 4.49 but also charge you for that extra drink. 5.) Sauces which comes in the burrito - first off they will put the bare minimum of sauce and then when you say can you put a bit more, their answer is oh we charge extra for the sauce as well. My bill came to around 26 and some change$. I am absolutely disgusted why didn't I even bother to go to a place at all. Its not about the money but these people are ripping off customers right left and center. Nobody should go to this place.

I understand everything is expensive these days, but ripping off people to cover your opening cost doesn't makes much sense to me. Word of mouth, will never recommend this...

This used to be one of my favourite places for lunch when I worked close by. But I am totally disappointed with the food, quantity and service today. The guy who served me pre-filled the bowl with lettuce and asked me if I wanted black bean or processed ( I guess he meant the red bean). I usually go for black bean and rice so got the same. For add ons he asked if I wanted veggies for $1.49 (which was included when they first started this place over a year ago in this location) but he added just a little. After the medium salsa he went on to add sauce instead of adding any other toppings. I insisted to add toppings, he just added a tea spoon full of corn, and he asked if I wanted lettuce (which he layered at first). And all other toppings were so little with just one streak of sauce which wasn’t sufficient, didn’t want to argue with my kid around so took it and came off. Would never visit Quesada again, worst food and service. I’m glad we stopped with one bowl and did not order 2 more...

Everybody knows the meme about the Chipotle employee forced to dole out increasingly tiny scoops of meat, but at least at Chipotle, the food has some level of flavour. Quesada somehow tastes like airplane food served at ground level.

It absolutely baffles the mind that people go here for overpriced, incredibly bland food when Taco Justice is a block away, and five minutes in the other direction are Tacofino and La Taqueria--exponentially better food for about the same price. I feel bad for the employees who have to cook this strangely tasteless food and dole out such miserly portions of it, all the while spending their work days in a place that feels somewhere between a mall food court and a school cafeteria.
