Gave a one star not because of the food, but because of the absolutely horrible service I received. The woman working behind the counter heard me wrong when I ordered even though I repeated it twice (Oh well, mistakes happen) And when I corrected her, she told me it wasn’t wrong and that’s what I said I wanted. My friend chimed in and said “that’s not what she ordered I heard her”. The lady working there then decided to tell me it was my fault for being confusing. I asked her for a refund and she couldn’t figure out how to do it I had to tap my card at least five times To get my refund and ended up not getting any food. She treated us like garbage and it seemed like she was angry with us for coming into the restaurant and ordering. I’d also like to mention that I was respectful and polite for this entire Interaction. I didn’t say or do anything to warrant this type of behavior. I always try to be kind to people in customer service because I too work in that field. I think that the person I interacted with doesn’t Like people and interacting with them clearly...
Read moreI’ve been a customer for a long time. I recently visited for the first time since the management change. The two guys “working” there were too highly stimulated for 2 in the afternoon. They started asking for my order the second I opened the door. Three times before I’d even had a chance to walk up to the counter. It was the same vibe as walking in on kids who had just been misbehaving. I ordered two burritos and mexi-fries, then promptly canceled the Mexi-fries when they went to grab one of the pre-cooked containers of fries sitting out on the counter. I’m not convinced the second guy actually worked there, because he had no clue how to make a burrito and had to get coached by the other guy on each step. They both made one burrito, each with a unique shape and size. They tasted ok, just looked like two different items. Read moreHello. I try not to give bad reviews but this place made me soo unhappy that I fealt I should warn people about how they treat customers. On several occasions I have purchased sizable orders for the family and the food is decent and didn't really pay much attention to the customer service as it is just fast food. But one day I was walking by and had to use the washroom like really bad and went in and asked if I could use the washroom. They said NO not if I wasn't a customer. I said I was I am a patron on a pretty regular basis. The manager said it didn't matter I couldn't use the washroom unless I made a order. Needless to say. I will never buy food from this location again and suggest taco time look into a crazy policy like this .Since there are many other more successful fast food chains that would never turn down use of the washroom because all this could do is piss a customer off so they never went there...
