This has been in my to try list for a while and worth the visit. What I didn't initially realize is the restaurant is inside The Atrium which was why I walked by the area in past years without noticing.

Second of all, I don't know about all this mumbo-jumbo about free ramen if you leave a review business. Usually I hate going to restaurants that bribe customers with reviews; in fact, I had before been one of those people who break the perfect score streak because frankly if somewhere is less than ideal, I will speak my piece.

However, that being said, the owner is nice and the place is esthetically cute. For the order of the tonkatsu ramen ๐Ÿœ I absolutely love how they are on point in the egg and how bright orange the yolk is. The broth still taste rich but it is light and not heavy, just a different style. I think one reviewer actually complained about this when I did my research coming to this place; the lack of knowledge about ramen is awful. There are different levels of richness and all ramen broth is not heavy especially when tori (chicken) broth is used. I have tried broth that is light but also lacking umami in ramen from other restaurants; this place isn't it.

Plating is beautiful; if I had to give constructive feedback, I'd say that the chasu is a bit on the small side and thinly sliced but that's okay because at least they give more in exchange (used to other places giving 3 huge slabs). The other adds are just fine. I enjoyed the very coarse seaweed used though, it really adds to the texture. And I like how their bowls and chopsticks ๐Ÿฅข are branded. That really adds to the touch.

The owner was a sweetie and I think the fact she takes the time to talk and get to know each of her customers adds a personal touch. Def will return to try their...

Iโ€™ve been to Taoisis Ramen for a number of times since it opened in Victoria in 2024. Their signature house-made ramen in 8-hour bone broth is always unbeatable. Their ramen with barbecued chicken and seasoned egg in spicy miso soup base is one of my favourites. Other meat options and combinations are equally scrumptious.

Yesterday, I ordered their seasonal special Taoisis Signature Spicy Rice Noodles with Basa Fish Fillet. It was truly delicious and fulfilling. Iโ€™m glad that I didn't miss this limited-time offer on their menu, which turned out a big surprise! I highly recommend it to all spicy-food lovers โ€“ seize the chance!

Tasty and neatly presented salad including potato and veggies is served with all kinds of noodle bowls, which is a huge bonus, thanks to the owner who's so thoughtful, professional, friendly and dedicated.

The arrangement of all dishes served is simply aesthetically pleasing and attractive. Their excellence in colour, aroma and taste keeps bringing me back to Taoisis Ramen. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates and enjoys good-quality foods in a quiet and cozy environment in the heart...

Note: if you plan on coming here, please be patient with them. It's a small place and they are understaffed. We overheard that the owner is there until 4am, making sure that the broths are simmered for 8 hours and doing other prep. So please be kind and be patient. Trust me, it's worth the wait!

Everything here is made from scratch (I know because one of the boba in the milk tea had unmixed tapioca flour in it but i dont really mind it as its proof that its homemade!) Jasmine green tea is not too sweet! Loved it, cheese foam pairs perfectly with it! Tonkotsu is light and flavourful, highly recommend getting it with sliced pork belly! The BBQ skewer is great too! Ramen comes with side dishes and tons of veggies! Also highly recommend getting the seasoned egg which comes from a local ranch! In fact most if not all the ingredients they use are locally sourced!

Service is a bit slow but thats because they are understaffed so it's all good. The owner is really friendly and apologetic for the slow service.

We got some cheese pork floss buns and I cant wait to try!

Will be back to try other flavours of ramen! Also their...
