There aren’t many venues in Victoria that have the laidback, urban industrial vibe that the Fort Common has. It truly is Victoria’s hidden gem. We booked the Fort Common the same night we got engaged because we couldn’t wait to secure our dream venue.
The location is perfect-it was so convenient for our guests to walk, bus, drive or taxi! It’s in the heart of downtown, but still feels intimate and private. The organizer, Fever, was not interested in doing anything to fix the issue. Cool space but that was such an embarrassing oversight on their part. Don't bother going for any live music unless you wanna strain to hear anything over a noisy clunky generator...
