One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location. Usually staff is friendly and helpful, not sure what happened today though as there were multiple problems. I told them I had a coupon for the ice cream cones I ordered THREE times but got to the window to pay and they had no idea I had coupons and didn’t want to take them. Thankfully they did. I had also ordered a cheeseburger and asked for no onions or pickles which came with the receipt saying I had only asked for no onions.
Got to the pick up window and they handed me the cold drinks I ordered(dripping all over the place), then handed me two ice cream cones. Not in a holder, nor in cups. I actually said, I’m not sure how I’m supposed to drive with these. Before I could ask for a tray or cups the associate is like, “okay then, have a good day bye” and closed the window.
I made it home but not before the ice cream fell off if one cone and covered my vehicle and myself in melty, sticky soft serve.
One of these issues, fine it happens, nothing to actually make a fuss or write a review about but on a whole today..... total disaster. Biggest issue is improving communication between staff and customers. If communication had been clearer, majority of the issues with my experience wouldn’t...

We were missing 2 happy meals. 1 was a hamburger happy meal no pickles with fries and apple juice and 1 cheeseburger happy meal no pickles with fries and apple juice. 3 BBQ sauce were also missing and 2 sweet and sour sauce was also missing. No straws were packed either. I then had to reorder using Uber eats again to reorder my children’s happy meals as they were upset their meals never came. Upon the second delivery, still NO straws and no one at McDonald’s even noticed that there were all the missing items from the first delivery. I tried to contact McDonald’s to speak to the manager on the floor but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. They never answer the phone as I’ve tried to contact them a few times prior to yesterday. This shouldn’t happen. On the Uber eats NO contact sticker on the delivery bag it was not properly filled out and it was left blank. It clearly has a section to be checked off once it was properly inspected which it clearly was not hence all the missing items and 2 separate deliveries for a family of four to finally eat their meals together. I did receive a receipt at the first window to confirm my order. At the second window the man hand my passenger his coffee. (He also ordered on a separate order for a coffee and muffin). The man at the second window then told me that my order would take a bit and to pull forward and wait, also did not hand me a receipt. So I pulled forward to wait and finally got my meal at a reasonable time after ordering, I'll give them that. So I drive off not even thinking about the receipt at this point. Get home, open the bag and to my surprise there were no hash browns at all. The receipt placed in the bag also only said 2 hashbrowns. Now if I got shorted 2 out of the 4 I wouldn't be mad.
