I don’t usually write these things, but I felt I had to share my experience. At my age (I’m 68) it’s not every day that you come across such genuinely kind and patient customer service.
I visited this Timmie’s on October 8th 2025 at 4:30pm and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with such warmth. A younglady (I believe her name was Jamie she had blonde hair and glasses) noticed I looked a little unsure of where to go as I missed my bus to barrie, and without hesitation, she came right over and asked how she could help me, I explained my situation and she offered to help me with the next bus, And she also didn’t rush me either when I didn’t know what I wanted when it came time for me to order, she listened, and spoke clearly, not loudly, just kindly. That matters more than people realize at this age, she truly reminded me of my granddaughter with how beautiful big and bright she and her smile was.
She even offered me to bring it to the table while she made my sandwich, which was much appreciated.. these knees aren’t what they used to be! Everything was explained in plain terms, no fancy jargon, and I never once felt like I was being a bother with not knowing what was in an iced cappuccino was, which unfortunately can happen to us older folks now a days .
It’s rare these days to find young people who take the time to help their customers, but this staff went above and beyond. I left with a smile on my face, and it stayed there the whole bus ride home.
To whoever hired and trained that team member thank you. It made a difference in my day, and at my age, those little kindnesses really stand out.kudos too you Tim...

And I’m tired of being overcharged when they can’t get it right. This morning was the last straw. I ordered and was charged for Bacon/sausage/egg on English muffin Steak/egg on double toasted English muffin Simply sausage on double toasted English muffin I got bacon/egg on English muffin Sausage/egg on English muffin Simple sausage on English muffin Was charged $14.05 No steak. No double toasted I WAS RIPPED OFF ONCE AGAIN The only Tim Hortons in Wasaga that gets my orders right is the one near Wasaga Walmart which is a different owner I believe This happens almost every time I go thro this location and the Riverbend location All I can say is HELLO McDonald’s breakfast. Service and quality of food is so much better I’m sick of having to drive back for a refund so I just won’t bother going to your locations any more. I even tipped which really ticks me off A lot of residents in Wasaga share my opinion. Maybe management will clue in when you don’t have any repeat customers STOP...
Read moreMy wife & I had a very bad experience with this location yesterday. I placed an order, and we waited by the pick-up spot. We noticed the kitchen was a little messy. My wife managed a Tim Hortons before & let the staff know it was a little messy back there. A 30 something year old woman with an extremely poor attitude on sandwich station immediately told us to refund our food & leave. I processed the refund. My wife was upset & left the store. We phoned the general manager to let her know we had a bad experience. Her name was Paulette. She was immediately defensive & did not follow protocol with dealing with customers. When we said the kitchen was messy (slush cups & sanitation buckets were gross). She said we were NOT San Tech. But I suppose one might call the health board to inspect. This is not the first review that expressed a messy work environment. Our issue has not been resolved by the GM. And we will not return to this...
