barBURRITO — Restaurant in Waterloo

I am very disappointed with the quality of service and assembly of my order at this location. I order Barburrito 3-4 times weekly and I am aware of usual quantities and quality.

Chicken here tastes off - possibly spoiled. The lady working clearly threw everything in as I was watching. You need to be more mindful as you are handling people’s food. Very disrespectful- I did not want to start a confrontation so did not pursue any further. There are several issues with this location and others. I have given barburrito lots of chances but quality and service seem to be going down hill. I will be using up all my saved loyalty points and won’t step foot in another location as it seems like not only this location but several others have no respect for customers and clearly value managing costs more than the actual food quality.

Lots of other burrito places to take my business to.

My experience with BarBURRITO was a mixed bag. First, the ladies putting the burritos together were very friendly - clearly some good customer service training. The food however, has some issues. I ordered two burritos: a barbacoa, and a spicy chicken burrito. The spicy chicken burrito was good enough - nothing to write home about, but I'm not expecting excellence at a chain burrito place in a strip plaza either. The beef barbacoa, however, was deeply unpleasant. Now, I am not a picky eater by any means - I have been affectionately referred to as a vacuum cleaner in the past - but the spicing left a very unwelcome after taste, and frankly didn't taste like barbacoa. For the owners, I'd recommend spending a bit more focus/money on ingredient quality; for those deciding what to order, my suggestion is to avoid...

Worst service ever.., they are not putting toppings which I asked them they are saying we have this method to make it and we will follow that. I just asked them to put some veggies on extreme fries and they said we can’t put it. Where is that rule?? If it is so Thn why you are displaying your veggies on counter. Other store are far better they put things whatever we like on it. In this case fries were taste blank. Also, I asked for refund they said they are not returning money in any case. Alas! This is your customer service???

I like to eat at barburrito but I will never return to this store. Super bad customer service and taste was worst. Keep my money with you that only thing you want. You don’t even know how to make...
